Very noisy hotel
Pros:

We asked for a quiet room and still we were woken up at 5am with the breakfast staff. Really spoilt our stay.

Never used the pool. Gym had just had a new floor so smelt of glue and couldn't be used. Room and bathroom OK.

Breakfast was OK.

But a shockingly bad sleep spoiled our stay.

La habitacion cumple con los requisitos. A la salida nos pedían el cobro de la habitación que porque no había pasado el pago a través de expedía. Después comentaron que como nos dieron otra categoría habría una diferencia a pagar. Al final imprimimos el recibo de pago y nos dejaron salir.

So, they stayed 2 days, and we fogot a shirt in the closet, and houskeeping claims nothing was there or in lost and found. The washer dryer was expensive and didnt dry the clothes.

Again, Easy Inn Suites did not disappoint. This is my second time in only one month and I’m very happy. Definitely one of the nicest places if you’re not into the hustle and bustle of the quinta avenida. I’m looking forward to another visit very soon.

I think we found out favorite place in Playa de Carmen. If you’re like us and not too interested in the hustle and bustle of the Quinta, then this is the place for you. There’s everything you’ll need nearby … highly recommend it.

Todo muy bien solamente en la habitación se escuchaba una alarma de otra habitación. La reporte pero no hicieron nada y así estuve toda la noche tuve que utilizar tapones de oídos.
