Pros:

Do not pay extra for a river view! The encampments are so bad I had to keep my window and curtains closed for my stay. I ended up checking out early because my stay was awful. Aside from what went on outside of the hotel the room itself wasn’t comfortable, the bed was lumpy and bed sheets were very thin and scratchy and shower head didn’t work. The staff was nice but this place was not worth the money I spent.

Comfortable rooms and exceptional staff.
Pros:

The employees were outstanding. The air-conditioning worked extremely well. The bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

The riverfront view is spoiled by the number of homeless people in the area. And while the homeless people are plentiful, no one ever asked for a handout.
