Pros:

Thanks for the warm welcome on the midnight between Saturday and Sunday when the streets were full of football fans! The reception gave me water bottles and Cheez-It! The hotel is near a lot of places you want to see when you visit Indianapolis. Although I think it can do with some updates here and there, the room and the whole building did give me a feeling of being at home and not just in a hotel.

Cons:

The toilet was broken, the heat wouldn’t turn off, the bathroom frame was disconnected! The coffee pot was broken, the tub was stained!! I will not stay in this hotel again!!

The hotel served it’s purpose but if I were to come back to Indianapolis, I’d stay elsewhere.
Pros:

Valet parking was smooth. I would have liked to be able to readily identify the attendants better, however. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast didn’t meet my expectations. It was very awkward accessing the sausage patties, bacon etc. One person had to hold the door to the food cabinet open while someone else had to have the manual dexterity of a contortionist to get a sausage patty out and onto his/her plate. Not everything was ready. Slow coming out. The area outside the hotel got sketchy very quickly as the sun went down.
