Please note that guests must be 18 years old and above and hotel guest only to use the property's fitness center which includes the swimming pool, spa bath and sauna.

Fitness center is closed on every 1st of each month.

Please note that the property entrance on Aoyama Dori Street is closed between 00:00-06:30. Guests expecting to arrive during this time are required to use the main entrance on Stadium Dori Street.

Please note that charging for utilizing swimming pool in “Allamanda Spa Aoyama Club” will be officially started from 11th April 2022. Entrance fee: JPY3,300（consumption tax included）/per person /per use.

Clean rooms, great location but don’t eat at the restaurant
Pros:

Check in and reception staff were great and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant offering was poor we could go to family mart and get similar food for a much reduced price the staff were inefficient, we had to ask for water, no one was interested in serving us, not sure if it was because we were not Japanese or because we wanted the ala carte and not the set.

Great place for family.extremely quiet in the rooms

Great location. We were able to get anywhere we wanted quickly. We loved the staff they were fabulous. They went out of their way to help.

Pros:

This hotel is amazing! Incredible room, amazing swimming pool and spa area, great restaurant, and right next to a subway stop within one minute. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and a special shout out to Kenichi who went above and beyond to help me with transportation, activities, and other questions that I had. Really an awesome hotel and perhaps the greatest city on earth, Tokyo.
