Right in the middle of the city close to everything, staff were amazing, everything was perfect except no hot water again. So as long as u can put up with cold showers or using a bucket and kettle to have warm showers other then that it was perfect.

Communication an issue between staff on shifts.

Great location. Many restaurants and stores in the area. Close to the bay where the cruise ships stop. The people working there are very friendly.

It's an older hotel, but in good condition. The location is great in the center of town. Many restaurants in the area. The people are friendly. The rooms are large. Only issue was no hot water.

The Aircon was Great close to everything; BUT the shower Nosel is clogged up with Calcium. Photos of the hotel on the website don't show Conduction of the property.

The location is great. Close to restaurants, bars, stores and the water. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and not in perfect condition but it was comfortable and good for the price.

The property was in a great position, walking distance to both markets and the main street plus a few good restaurants.
The ladies at the front desk were very lovely and helpful.
The building has seen better days. The room was sparse, which is fine, but the TV only had one working channel, the shower and bathroom tap both leaked LOUDY all night which my husband tired to remedy by putting towels under the shower drip but it was still really loud. We shut the bathroom door but there was a huge hole above it so it only muffled the sound slightly. There was no hot water so my husband had a freezing shower and I just decided against it all together. The decor was old fashioned and needing some TLC, the bathroom in desperate need of an upgrade, the aircon worked but with no remote so it was stuck on 16 degrees all night, but too hot not to have it on, but also no blanket provided either so had to sleep fully clothed with a jumper and jacket draped over us.
There was instant coffee in the room but no tea and no milk to have with it.
The wifi was so slow I ended up turning it off as it was draining my phone battery really quickly trying to load ANYTHING.
We only spent one night here as a stop over between islands before flying home. If we were staying any longer we would have changed hotels.

Ants everywhere. Curtains had holes which was a turn off the moment you entered the room. Felt like you are entering a cheap motel. Will not stay again. Despite we taking the most expensive room, we regretted it immediately.

Basic. Amenities, very convenient in center of town, staff very friendly and helpful.

Looking quite different from the pics, and every room is furnished differently. I didn’t have a suitcase tray and had one chair but my friend who got the same room with same price had 4 chairs and bigger tea table, and others. Need to wait for a while to have hot water. The hotel is old, and bed sheets are tored. I believe sheets and duvet covers are clean but these had some stains. Staff was friendly and nice though. Okay for a couple days.

Great value for money. Nice room. Check in was easy even though it was after hours. Very comfortable room.

We stopped here as added an extra day to our trip. The staff were lovely on arrival. However the first room we were given had holes in the wall and wasn't very clean. The shower head was spraying onto the roof. So they moved us. This room was better but no toilet seat, shower head sprayed several different directions, no hot water and pillows were shredded and looked like had been packed with sheets instead of replacement, tv also didn't Work. Aircon was good and location ideal for people wanting to experience port Vila. Also believe we got bitten by bed bugs while staying here. Would not stay again.

It’s convenient to facilities but the toilet and bathroom needs a makeover. Something of mine dropped behind the bed and I moved the bed to get it and saw a lot of dust piled up under the bed.

Nice position close to the shops and near some good places to eat

Staff was amazing and really helped us with our special requests. Front desk are very helpful, friendly and kind. Hotel room is spacious and clean. The only negative was the noise from the street and party goers at night. But the great location made up for that. Overall a good stay.

Nice staff and a good location to the main street.
They did fix the TV when I asked but it would have been nice to have a warm shower once in four days.
The pipe has a leek doesn't cut it as an excuse.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, being situated on a main intersection does mean some road noise though.
If you want a generally OK hotel and don't want to pay the earth, then this hotel fills the requirements.
