The hotel is cheap and very strategic to the center of Yogyakarta, close to Malioboro and other tourist attractions, the hotel is also comfortable, the view from the top floor is also very good, the service is friendly, suitable for recreation with friends or relatives 😍

Pros:

Absolutely nothing it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in any country. I believe hygiene people need to attend this hotel and close it down.

Can be improved easily
Pros:

- Not too far from Malioboro street (about 15 mins away by car)
- It's a family room
- Mountain view from the window
- Secure.I Ieft my laptop in the room everytime we go out.

Cons:

- Bad smell came out of the bathroom
- The head of the mattress sloped downward. Fortunately, I could still sleep comfortably by using a pillow.
- There was a tiny cockroach in the room.
- Bed covers were stained. Blood it seemed.
- I had an extra bed but the greeter during the breakfast did not know and I had to argue a bit with her that we could have 3 pax for the breakfast. This happened everytime we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Seems that the list was not updated. It was quite annoying to have to explain that everytime.

Experience while staying at the grand serela hotel

Since arriving I was greeted by friendly staff, the hotel looks nice and attractive. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, nice and quiet, the facilities in this hotel are complete starting from room equipment, breakfast, and the service provided by the staff is very good. This hotel is located in a strategic area close to the center of Jogja, besides that there are many culinary and souvenirs around the hotel. The rooms in this hotel are comfortable, the food in the restaurant is also delicious.

Overall Ok, still a room for improvement to attract more tourist to come
Pros:

Hotel is Ok. Near town. Its just that the toilet looks a bit old. Room is fully carpeted, but has a stink smell & looks dirty. Unfortunately, no room with no carpet.. I couldn’t request to go to another room. Room service came and help to clean & spray the carpet for us. Thank you

Comfortable hotel to stay on, great recommendation for family trip, business, or solo travel. The food is delicious, you can found any Indonesian or western dishes here. The hotel also close to minimarket so you can shop outside if needed.
