The staffs are so friendly. The room is quite nice.
There is wifi but it doesn’t work at all so requires you to have you own internet.
Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan atau mall, cari makanan gampang. Cari transportasi gampang. Recomend deh, bisa di sesuaikan dengan budget. Thank you for all staff. 😊

Great location, short drive to the airport
I chose this hotel because the location is very strategic and also there will be an Ogoh - Ogoh Parade in Jl Teuku Umar. When I came for room and hotel inspection, everything was so smooth, the security in charge was so nice ( too bad I forgot to ask his name ) He was very helpful, including when I checked in. Salsa, a reception girl was also very helpful when she showed me the room and facilities. While other hotels in Jl Teuku Umar did not treat me this way. Big appreciation to her. Then I followed up with further question and request, by WA, and it was so fast responded by Dewi Purnama. Thanks to her for noting down all my requests. When I checked in (Mar 28) everything still runs well, three girls in charged at reception desk were so nice. I also chose this hotel because when I ask about the Suhoor, it will be a room dining or buffet, and she said the suhoor will be a buffet. This is what I like, to avoid stay in room the whole day and night during Nyepi Day and also there will be various menu.
On 29 March, The Day Of Silent, I took my suhoor at Resto at 4.00. It was a buffet and quite good, only chicken porridge was so tasteless. ice lemon tea, infused water, tea and coffee are good. No juices and fruits slices.
The disaster starts to rise on the second day (29 Mar). They didn't bring my lunch as I requested ( the package incl daily bfast, - I request to convert this bfast in to suhoor and they agree,- 1 L and 1 D). Because I still fasting, I request a lunch box on 29 Mar to my room that I can eat it after breakfasting. 13.00 my lunch not come. I call FO regarding to this and they said, "OK I will tell restaurant to bring your lunch, Sir" 14.00 lunch still not coming, and again I called FO and again they said : OK, Sir, I will check to the resto. 14.30 my lunch came. The menu is quite good. I keep this lunch box as a bite when breakfasting later.
At 16.00, I came to FO and ask what time the dinner will be served ? The guy in charged in FO, Arta, informed me : "Dinner will be served from 18.00 until 20.00, Sir"
Ok, meaning I still have time to take a prayer, and breakfasting with a little bite from my lunch box ( even it was cold already )
This is the second disaster. I came down to the resto at 19.00, and when I am at the resto, they said " DINNER IS CLOSED". What the **CK. They said dinner is served until 18.00 due to limited access that day due to Nyepi Day. But they did not tell me this before, and why Arta told me dinner served until 20.00?? And how can I break my fasting?? Dark everywhere, totally dark. Should I eat the cold dish that I have taken half? (my lunch box) ? More over, I deserve to have 1 time dinner. Resto closed, everything is closed, all outside activities are not allowed. I was sooo very upset being treated like this. I was so mad and complaining to Arta. No excuses accepted.
Then a minute later they bring me a very simple fried rice with sunny side. Looks like they made it in rush. The fried rice quite tasteless.
The 3rd day, 30 March, they bring me suhoor to my room, Arta confirmed to me before, that the suhoor will be in room dining. I can accept this as long as they inform me before and clearly.
Overall, I like staying in this hotel and their hospitality, only two miscommunications destroy my stay. Some notes to the management :
1. Train your FO staff, since FO is the center of information for guests.
2. Put trash bin in bath room
3. There were a water in front of the lift in basement, makes me fell down.
4. Water comes in to the room from outside from window, when raining.
I can not say this hotel is recommended or not, I can only share this experience. For me, I will not comeback again to this hotel.
Very easy to accomodate
The condition of the room is super bad and it is very urgent to renovate and the room equipment must be upgraded immediately.
Bad breakfast - can smell burnt coffee at breakfast. smokers hotel , bad smell, not so clean room next to noisy street. staff trying to do their best to give them fair comment.
