Pros:

Great old world charm in centre of town
Pros:

Lovely old world charm. A bit scruffy around the edges but that just added to the character. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great time staying in the centre of Queenstown.
Pros:

Breakfast good, enough choice.

Cons:

We would have liked to have had a few more vegetarian choices on the dinner menu. Nevertheless, we dined three nights in your hotel during our stay.

Pleasant, comfortable. Perfect location.

Location, location. Beautiful old staircase NT listed. Lovely old dining room. Good breakfast. Good pillows and comfortable bed.
Good value.

Cons:

Street parking but parked just down the road in the RSL car park.

Small town vibes
Pros:

Bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Great location.

Cons:

The initial interaction when checking in came across rude and uninviting. There was a sign on reception saying if unattended please see bar staff. But there was someone in the room so said hello and they said go to the bar. Didn't come across very nice. But they bar staff were lovely.

As a pub with rooms with shared bathrooms, the bathrooms were clean, brand new and a lot of them. Security and access were good.
