Très bon compromis proche des gares de l'Est et du nord
Pros:

Les couleurs et la déco de la chambre. La propreté de la salle de bain.
L'amabilité du personnel. Le tarif exceptionnel qui était attractif.

Klein maar prima
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, makkelijk bereikbaar in het midden van Gare du Nord en L'Est. Leuk behang wat de kamer een gezellige uitstraling geeft. Veilig gevoel ondanks dat ik alleen reisde. Elke avond als ik in het hotel kwam was mijn bed fris opgemaakt.

Cons:

Echt een heel kleine kamer, geen ruimte om kleding op te bergen, behalve wat hangers midden in de lucht. De badkamer was oud en smoezelig. Putje van de wasbak liep niet lekker door.
Mijn kamer aan de wegkant was onrustig met veel verkeer dat langskomt.

Very convenient for travellers coming by train
Pros:

The hotel is very conveniently placed if you’re coming by train to Gard du Nord. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room might come up to some as too little. To be honest, I think there’s a great potential to this hotel but it doesn’t reach its full potential.

Hôtel très bien situé a proximité de la gare du Nord et de la gare de l'Est donc proximité du métro. Personnel sympathique. la chambre pour 4 personnes est très spacieuse.
Petit-déjeuner tout a fait correct

Pros:

Hotel is located at the excellant place, very close to the main trail/bus/metro station. With very nice enterier it makes you feel pleasant. Staff is very nice and hospitable. Everything is clean and smell nice. Towels are replaced every day and all are clean and new

Cons:

Breakfast is poor, there is no proffesional person who can serve it and prepare meal. Hotel’s staff do it (uoung male) on very basic way. Not enough bread or cutlery, no variety in offer, only two type of ham, only two types of small croissants…
We had a duplex room located on the ground!!! Windows were with street view and we were sleeping litteraly on the street , behind the curtains. I didn’t feel safe or pleasant. Bathroom is minimal and there is only one place where you can hand your towel. Toilet in the lower floor was too small.
