Disappointing, overpriced for condition of the room.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff.

Cons:

Our room was very poor, cracked tiles in the bathroom, cracked vanity sink,the shower enclosure was frankly disgusting, wouldn't even stand in it, public toilets behind reception were very poorly maintained,all cubicle doors need painting.this was not the four star experience that I paid very good money for,as a special break for my husband and I, very disappointed, definitely not four star

Fab location!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location, convenient to Ballyshannon, as I was attending the Rory Gallagher fest. The staff very friendly & accommodating. My room had a lovely view of the sea & golf course. Food also very good.

Cons:

No complaints!

Excellent hôtel d’étape

Cons:

Parfait pour une étape. Situé au milieu d’un golf. Parking parfait pour une moto.
Bon breakfast.

Big old hotel
Pros:

Large traditional hotel set back from the town. Large room with 2 bathrooms.
There is a lovely walk just outside the hotel along a coastal bath which we loved.
Nice staff

Cons:

We were hoping for a better choice for dinner menj. Also some bottled water in the rooms would be nice

Nice view and staff.

Cons:

I booked this trip for my parents as a birthday present for my mum. They spent the whole night getting bit by bed bugs and could not sleep at all. They are covered in bed bug bites everywhere. I am so disappointed and will definitely never be booking again. So disappointing for such a lovely situated hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was lovely and its location is amazing it was very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was beautiful.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was really bad in the room.
My husband’s towel from the pool had blood on it.

Grear location overlooking bay

Cons:

Tired. Geared up for elderly coach tours. Breakfast poor quality sausages and bacon. Poor variety of menu choice for 4* hotel. Same with dinner menu only 3 choices of main. Menu stated lamb. Pork was served no apology or drinks taken off bill would expect more from 4*. Staff appear to be very inexperienced. Bathroom new but very poor water pressure in shower forget the waterfall shower heads just put on power showers needs loo roll holder. Needs hotel quality pillows
