Cons:

Non è vero che si paga in struttura. Nel momento della prenotazione su booking circa 9 giorni prima del check in mi hanno prenotato e tolta la disponibilita dalla carta di credito di più del 50% del costo della camera. È una falsa pubblicità.

Удобно расположен территориально, везде можно дойти пешком-вокзалы, достопримечательности.Очень хороший завтрак по французским меркам,не большое разнообразие, но выбор есть, все свежее, вопрос остался только к качеству кофе. Идеальный персонал! В номере не было чайника, все сразу принесли по нашей просьбе. С улицы хорошая звукоизоляция, жили на 1 этаже, при закрытом окне ничего не слышно.Рядом много ресторанов,буланжери.

Cons:

Очень изношенные полотенца.( Не хватало хотя бы нескольких вешалок для верхней одежды при входе, мокрые куртки приходилось вешать рядом с другой одеждой(

L’emplacement est le côté chaleureux du personnel mais c’est tous

Cons:

Dans la douche, le pommeau est cassé, l’un des pieds des fauteuils de la chambre était aussi cassé.
Je trouve ça beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposer.

otimo hotel
Pros:

hotel muito bem localizado, quarto confortavel, boa ducha, bom cafe da manhã. Existe amplo estacionamento pago na rua ao lado . Voce consegue visitar todos pontos turisticos a pé. Ficaria nele outra vez, sem duvida

Ruined by the (possible) owner, otherwise fun.
Pros:

Room was great, really fun with the backstage set up. Location was also great.

Cons:

No kettle/coffee machine in the room even though the website said there was, and was rudely refused a kettle by the owner. I ended up buying one for €11 just so I could enjoy a relaxing morning by coffee in my room. The aggressive refusal was the issue rather than not having one.
