Pros:

Mooi en rustig gelegen. Het hotel ligt aan een doorgangsweg, maar die is niet druk en vanuit de kamers achteraan hoor je (bijna) geen verkeer. Enkel het gekabbel van het water en de fluitende vogeltjes. Je stapt vanuit het hotel zo het wandelpad op, en je kan in de buurt heel mooi wandelen.
Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker.
Voor ons was de sauna ook een pluspunt.

Cons:

De prijs voor het ontbijt (20€) is aan de hoge kant, maar het ontbijt is wel uitgebreid, met brood, vlees, beleg, yoghurt, müsli, vers fruit, lekkere koffie.
In de wellness (sauna, whirlpool, infrarood, douche) is niet echt een relaxruimte voorzien, hiervoor ga je in de whirlpool of terug naar de kamer.

Come prima cosa l'estrema disponibilità e attenzione al cliente dimostrato dalla Signora della reception, che è venuta incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta, anche oltre le nostre aspettative.
La SPA della struttura è accogliente e piacevole.
La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta.

Pros:

Beautiful room and hotel, Irene is extremely kind, outstanding!!! A lot of beautiful detail, far beyond expectations…. I left an item in the room, I wrote and they sent it by courier immediately, arriving next day! Extraordinary!

Pros:

Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen.
Badkamer is klein om je te kleden.
Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet.
