Pros:

Excellent location, public transport was easily accessible if we required it. The room was well maintained and welcoming and surprisingly spacious for a family of 5. Staff were lovely and welcoming and we look forward to staying again.

It was okay. Great to spend time with my family.
Pros:

Liked that it was close to the city, opposite the bus terminus.
The beds and pillows are very comfy.

Cons:

The pictures on the website do not do justice to what you get. The apartment needed a bit of TLC -like a paint job, the carpets need cleaning and the bathrooms need a bit of an uplift.

Shower pressure

Cons:

Room was grubby..bathroom had hair on floor and hair on wall in shower from previous guests..room was noisy with hearing every single other guest close a door flush a toilet or take a shower. Unfortunately we wouldn't stay there again.

Pros:

Very clean, beds were comfortable, staff were very helpful , very close to public transport ,we checked in late instructions were very clear,I would recommend staying here.
