Great location, car parking good. Nice and quiet, even though main traffic road outside and hospital
Pros:

The location was perfect in relation to getting to the city centre. We were attending a show at Suncorp STadium. And car travelling to Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Cons:

An initial hiccup was in the arrival time of us and the time we were able to enter the room. My orginal booking I spoke to two staff members and explained we would be arriving early hours of the Monday morning 4.30am from a flight from Perth WA. I was told the room would be empty and ready for us. Upon arriving we were then told this was not so and had to wait till 2.00pm. The staff were amazing and did all they could to make the room available earlier 11am. Very much appreciated for some very tired travellers. Staff suggested if this is the case again, I should book the Sunday before the Monday and be fully assured of entering a room when required. I shall remember this great suggestion for any future travel.

Pros:

Loved that it was across from the hospital. My shower rose broke on the first night and was repaired as soon as i reported it to staff. Glad you needed a fob to get in after hours. Made me feel safe.

Accessible, clean, and comfortable
Pros:

The location to the RBWH Busway made for excellent accessibility. The staff were consistently helpful and lovely. The apartment was comfortable, easily accessible, and clean. Would definitely stay again, particularly when needing the proximity to the RBWH.

Cons:

A bit noisy due to location next to hospital and main road - but manageable with windows/doors shut. Main issue was the aircon would not work, staff were quick to look into the issue but couldn’t get it working so instead was provided an additional fan.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the stay not far from shops, airport good location I would recommend 👌 thank you.

Cons:

There's not much to say. It's a really good experience. The only miner issue was that the shower took a bit to drain the water out filled up a little.
