Stayed here as it was across from RBWH. Perfect spot for what we needed. Will stay again.
Pros:

I had to go to Royal Brisbane Womens Hospital and it was right across the road from the hospital. My partner could walk to the hospital to visit whilst I was there. And after I was released from hospital I had to stay another 5 nights close by in case I had to go back in. And it was perfect. We had all that we needed, and more. Would stay again.

I would recommend
Pros:

For whatever reason it was upgraded from studio to a 2 bedroom apt, which was very pleasant. The use of cooking factilities and the washing machine and dryer was useful. The bed was very comfortable but pillows were overfilled. All in all for the price it was a very good stay.

Cons:

Could be a bit cleaner (I know it is hard work due to turnover) For the size of the apt it could have done with at least one armchair for guest visiting. The fridge was extremely cold, bordering on freezing (yes I tried the temperature controls) and I did mention it to the cleaning staff but the temperature controls was not repaired. Could do with extra double glazing, as the sirens were annoying but completely not Annexe Apt fault! The downside of the location.

Well located large apartment.
Pros:

Large two bed, two bathroom apartment on top floor. Well set up with kitchen etc. Great location opposite bus and metro station. Car lift was fun! Bedrooms comfortable each with walk-in wardrobe.

Cons:

No bulk toiletries. Our apartment on 9th floor directly opposite helipad for Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital extremely noisy in early hours with arrival and departure of two helicopters.

Exvelent facility and location to the RBWH is perfect.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen. Meals available at reception, and excellent communication from venue.

Cleaners need to do their jobs properly.
Pros:

Close proximity to the RBWH.

Cons:

Both shower doors were full on squeaky. Reported to staff and they were straight on it with the maintenance. The washing machine was dirty. The dryer was very noisy, until I opened the door and found it was the filter bashing around.

The apartment was good, but I wouldn't stay here again if I had a car.
Pros:

Location and room size.

Cons:

The car lift was a nightmare. One lift the flashing yellow light indicating the lift was on the move from level -2 didn't work and on level 0 the lift floor wasn't flush with the exit.
