Cons:

Ontbijt moest je s'avonds doorgeven wat je wilde hebben. Volgende morgen kreeg ik overal één van ipv de aangevraagde twee boterhammen en twee gebakken eieren. Dus het ontbijt was wat minimaal.

Der Restaurantbetrieb:
Das Personal war zwar nett aber leider überfordert. Bestellungen mussten immer wieder erinnert werden.
Gerichte waren z.T. eher geschmacksneutral. Auf die Beschwerden wurde nicht angemessen eingegangen.

Service beim Abendessen völlig überfordert. Wartezeit für Essen fast 2 Stunden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Essen ohne Pfiff. Salat langweilig und ohne Dressing.

Pros:

Mooie locatie aan het water. Mooie ruime familiekamer met 4 echte bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel zowel bij het inchecken als bij het ontbijt. Lekker a la carte ontbijt, leuk om zo uit te kunnen kiezen wat je wilt eten.

Schönes Hotel in wunderschöner Wasserlandschaft
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasser, es gibt ein phänomenales Frühstück. Im Restaurant kann man eine hervorragende Küche genießen. Der Ort Grou hat schöne Spaziergänge und viele kleine Läden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer - ein Comfort Zimmer - hatte eine große auf dem Dach montierte Wärmepumpe direkt vor dem Fenster, die Tag und Nacht in Betrieb war. Die Geräusche waren besonders nachts sehr störend. Der Ausblick war durch die Dachaufbauten eingeschränkt.
