Close to the airport. Free shuttle service. Free breakfast. Check out time is convenient.

The floor in the room was filthy. A ton of hair, dust balls, etc.
The shower also had a ton of hair. I had to wear shoes, because my socks were hair covered and BLACK with dirt.
The bed was also super hard... not firm... it was HARD.
Due to the crazy winding highways in front of the hotel, it takes 20 min to get to terminal 2.
There is no where to eat near the hotel.
I wouldn't recommend.

This is a very clean but bland hotel near the Mexico City Airport. I arrived during a rainstorm & had to run through the rain to enter. The time I arrived was after 5 pm, yet I had to wait for my room. I enjoyed a free expresso while I was waiting. The breakfast was ok. I took the shuttle to the airport with no trouble.

Free shuttle bus is broke, room is not clean enough, lights are broke too. I would not recommend.

I didn’t receive the vip discount I didn’t know I have to mention that when I checked in to get the benefits. But other than that everything was great

Fridge wasn’t working in the rooms and had to switch rooms do to malfunction on air conditioning

Easy check in. Somewhat close to the airport. Shuttle service included in hotel stay along with breakfast buffet (by the time we got to it around 10am there was only a few things left) I ordered room service the night before and it was terrible. The tortilla soup had no taste and it was very chunky. The most disappointing part was finding bugs in my salad. I am so glad I poked around before taking a bite. I called down to get a refund but they said they couldn’t do that since I used a card to pay- they gave me credit for which I didn’t want to use for any more food, so I went and got 3 cans of beer and a orange soda for which I had to wait over 30 minutes before I called to see how long it would be. After that it arrived. Not worth the price for airport convenience

We got to the hotel after a long, tiring day of travel and they told us Expedia cancelled our room. They shuttled us to another city express farther way from airport with no shuttle service.

Awesome hotel, compact but cozy.

As we required an overnight stay between connecting flights, this worked out well. Staff were great.

Great property, very close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue we had was getting the shuttle from the airport (after hours) and the number to call for reception was only in Spanish. The shuttle back to the airport in the AM was very easy to arrange once at the hotel. The beds were okay, comfortable enough after a long day of travel. Breakfast was okay! Not a giant selection but adequate enough. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay if you have an overnight layover!
