La atención del personal en general es muy buena, son muy amables. El lugar se presta para descansar un fin de semana, la comida es muy rica y las áreas comunes se pueden compartir con la familia.
Varias cosas, la primera, en general todo el lugar requiere mantenimiento. La sala de cine para los niños no funcionaba, los juegos para que los niños jueguen en mal estado. La alberca no estaba caliente a pesar de que nos dijeron que ya tenían sistema de calefacción pero nunca se calentó. No ha personal que este vigilando que todo este en orden, nosotros viajamos con unos amigos que tienen un niño de 7 años amigo de mi niña tambien de 7; habia un grupo familiar en un evento con muchos niños que prácticamente destruyeron los juegos en el área del cine. Las sábanas de la habitación de nuestros amigos olían a humedad y casi no pudieron dormir. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de estar en una de las recámaras arriba de la alberca en donde todo estuvo ok y sin ningún problema.

Que no me incluyeron el desayuno, que no hubiera un frigorífico y que aya muchos mosquitos.
Peaceful environment with attentive staff.Enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi, and massage. The food was good and the service was great. Very helpful and friendly front office and ground staff. Room was presented clean daily and enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.
The bed was a bit too firm and the staff did not inform foreign visitors about using a canasta which caused some back up problems with the toilet.

The service was remarkable. We paid for a double room but was upgraded to a King. They gave us a room away from the city center noises. Everything was better than we had hoped for.
The restaurant closing sooner than what they had said.

La hacienda esta bien mantenida y tiene una alberca climatizada y spa. La habitación estaba espaciosa y la decoracion me encanto. La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa.
Es un lugar muy tranquilo y apto para la relajación familiar.
Atencion por parte del personal buena en general, alimentos y bebidas si quedan a deber un poco, no tiene mucho sazon, alberca muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones, no hay telefono en las habitaciones para tener comunicacion con recepcion, tuve que bajar para solicitar tollas, bajar de nuevo por la clave del wifi, el cual es muy lento, de los pocos hoteles que cuenta con smart tv hoy en dia un punto a su favor aunque es un poco pequeña, cuenta con sky, you tube, netfilx. Habitaciones algo austeras, considera precio elevado para los servicios que en realidad ofrece, apesar de ello estuvimos agusto. Varios lugares muy fotografiables.

Smell from drainage or water fountains recycled water. Dark rooms. Window frames dirty. White led illuminnation not suitable for a 5 stars hotel in the roooms nor the restaurant.
