Localização e custo benefício, excelente cafe da manhã.

Cons:

Falta de tomadas no quarto.
Elevadores de baixa capacidade, o que gerava muita espera.
Excesso de ruído da rua, apesar de estar no nojo andar, creio que por falta de isolamento.
Ar condicionado antigo, ruidoso e sem ar quente.
