Agradable
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable. La ubicación era muy buena también a 5 minutos de varias estaciones de metro y de tiendas diversas. La cama era muy cómoda. Excelente limpieza.

Cons:

El tamaño no es muy amplio pero es aceptable, un poco complicado con 2 maletas.

Pros:

Location is superb. Shops that you want to hit, cafes and eating places are all within walking distance. We can just walk back to offload our purchases before setting out again. Few metro lines within comfortable walk too. Just that the room is really tight but we gladly accept that in exchange of the superb convenience. Room is clean too and although the hotel has some floors where smoking is permitted, our room on a non smoking floor is totally fine.

A localização do hotel é excelente, cerca de 5 min a pé da principal rua de comercial de luxo em Ginza, muito perto do metrô e restaurantes. Além de ter acesso exclusivo para a FamilyMart que fica no térreo do prédio do hotel. Adorei e recomendo.

Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Pros:

Good location near the Ginza and the metro station.
Also, there is a convenience store just downstairs and a big Donki store nearby (3-5 minutes away by walk).
It's easy to go shopping and visit other places in Tokyo.
The staff are nice to help all the guests!

Cons:

The room is small, like other hotels in Tokyo. Not the big problem for us.

Localização Excelente e Equipe prestativa
Pros:

Equipe muito prestativa, esqueci um item la e pedi pra eles guardarem por mais de uma semana e eles o fizeram, nos ajudaram com a questão do envio de malas! Vale demais, pela estrutura em si e pela equipe!
