Pros:

Super séjour dans ce charmant hotel.
L’hotel est situé dans le quartier chic et animé de Ginza. Facilement accessible : un bus relie l’aeroport de Narita à la gare de Ginza, il suffit ensuite de moins de 10mn à pieds pour rejoindre l’hôtel. 2 stations de metro sont à proximité de l’hôtel (une dizaine de minutes à pieds.
L’hotel est très facilement identifiable dans la rue, la reception se trouve au 1er etage. Le personnel est très chaleureux et accueillant.
Nous voyagions en famille avec nos 3 adolescents, nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes ce qui était vraiment très pratique. La rue est peu passante la nuit et donc peu bruyante. La chambre est bien isolée, nous n’avons pas du tout entendu les autres usagers. La literie est bonne.
Des pantoufles jetables étaient mises à disposition, les chambres étaient petites mais fonctionnelles et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Gel douche, shampoing et après shampooing sont fournis, et de très bonne qualité.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon et frais.
Dans le hall de réception vous trouverez une machine pour changer les devises et tout le nécessaire à disposition au cas où : brosse à dents, masque visage, charlotte de bain etc… un espace laverie est egalement mis à disposition, avec machines à laver et sèches linge fonctionnant avec des pieces de monnaie, micro-ondes et distributeur de boissons. La lessive est automatiquement dispensée par la machine.
En bas de l’hôtel il y a une superette avec de très bon plats en libre service et un micro-ondes à disposition ce qui a été très pratique pour nous un soir ou nous étions rentrés tard et que les restaurants ne servaient plus.
Le jour de notre départ, le personnel à très gentiment reservé un taxi-van pour nous rendre à la gare de Tokyo. Tarif du trajet pour 5 personnes 6500 yens, soit environ 35€.

Cons:

Les chambres des hotels japonais ne disposent pas de placards pour ranger les vêtements, ce qui est assez peu pratique.

Pros:

Amazing location. Pretty clean and easily accessible.

Cons:

The room I got was smaller than usual. I stayed in Tokyo multiple times and room I got here was the smaller than normal. Breakfast is terrible, absolutely not worth the money.
