It was a great place to stay for the value.
Pros:

I love the amenities that they have which was the laundry and the microwave. They also had the ice machine and cold water dispenser. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The Family Mart is connected to the hotel directly so I can go there for food and drinks whenever I want. Is close by the Don Quijote which is also 24hrs. Will definitely stay there again due to the location and convenience!

Good location, close to station, tons of great restaurants, staff was fantastic.

Cons:

Despite being a deluxe, the room was the smallest of the entire trip. And laid out in a way that there wasn't even a place to put a piece of luggage. Very inconvenient, and still quite expensive. Compared to all the other hotels we have stated at in Japan, probably the worst value. The staff was excellent, clean and modern hotel, just very poor room design.
