Pésimo
Pros:

La ubicación y el desayuno son muy buenos

Cons:

Las instalaciones son pésimas. Uno sabe que cuando llega a Japón las habitaciones van a ser pequeñas. Pero esto es otro nivel. Venden una habitación doble en la que no entran 2 personas y sus respectivas valijas. Es las personas o las valijas, ambas no es posible si se pretende tener un mínimo espacio para caminar de la cama al baño. Esto a tal punto que tuve que sacar muebles de la habitación al pasillo para poder entrar.
Sumado a esto se destaca la pésima atención de la gente de la recepción. Cuando les comente la incomodidad de la habitación su respuesta fue que todas las habitaciones del hotel eran así y que lo que hacían muchos huéspedes era dejar la valija en la recepción mientras duraba la estadía e ir sacando cosas a medida que las necesitaban.
Como si eso fuera poco, tomé la pésima decisión de usar este hotel como mi base en Japón. Cuando tuve la mala fortuna de volver a este hotel, llegué una hora antes del horario de Check in. Hubiese entendido perfecto que me digan que la habitación no estaba lista. Pero no, me dijeron que sí estaba lista pero si quería hacer check in una hora antes tenía que abonar un extra.
En resumen, lo único positivo de este hotel es que incentiva a los huéspedes a estar el menor tiempo posible en la caja de zapatos que llaman habitación lo cual te permite estar más tiempo en la gran ciudad que es Tokio.
