It was in Ginza near the shops. The rooms are decent ours was 18 sq. m. Space was good. True value for money.

The hotel was in an excellent location close to restaurants shops and the main hustle of Ginza. The staff were super friendly and arranged our baggage to be sent to the next hotel.
The rooms were tiny. Although they were small we booked this hotel for 2 nights at the very start our of trip (less luggage etc) so it wasn’t as cramped as it would have been. Getting off a 14 hour flight and having a room so small was a little claustrophobic - but we were out most of the day so it was ok. We tried to upgrade to a bigger room but the hotel was full! The staff were lovely and couldn’t fault them!

Location is good for exploring Ginza.
Location is good for Ginza but a bit of a walk to any trains or bus. Maybe a 10 min walk to either and found us leaving Ginza more than staying in it.

The bathroom is a bit worn out
Chutné medzinárodné raňajky, uvítal by som akurát širšiu ponuku čerstvej zeleniny a ovocia. Izba bola čistá. Výborná poloha hotela vo štvrti Ginza v pešej dostupnosti od staníc metra Shimbashi Station alebo Hibiya Station.
The staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous. Mr. Kido (I believe was his name) went above and beyond to assist me with a snafu I had with a travel agency tour booking. I am so grateful for his sincere caring and desire to help.
More variety on the breakfast buffet line would be nice.
