Lovely seaside hotel
Pros:

Amazing location overlooking Coral Beach which is a nice quieter end of Mirissa beach enjoyed by locals. The room was very clean but the air con dripped a lot creating pools of water on the floor and the bathroom was incredible hot and humid as it has a vent to the outdoors and a heavy door so the aircon can’t flow in. Really lovely staff and a fantastic restaurant downstairs.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand gelegen und Personal auch freundlich! Sehr ärgerlich, jede Nacht bis 3.00 Uhr laute Musik und Wochenende sogar bis 6.00 morgens, Vorhänge kann man nicht ganz zu ziehen, sodass um halb 7 schon die sonne reinscheint, wird richtig heiss dass zimmer, dass man nicht mehr schlafen kann

Hotel and staff are rundown and tired.
Pros:

We got the super deluxe room. It was the best spot. Room 10. Ground floor overlooking the ocean. But the AC didn't work so it was sticky and damp.

We had difficulties checking in and out. They seemed to have no idea. The bar if it was open never had what you want. Like cold beer. Breakfast was included but really quite poor.

Great location at the end of the beach. We had good food and cold beers at plenty of places up the beach. I think next door at Seabreeze Surf Hotel be a better place to stay at same price.

But if you could get this hotel for $10/night it'd be worth it. We paid $50/night at "special" discount. And I didn't feel it value for money

Nice hotel very good location.
Pros:

Staff is unorganized and check in was not smooth at all. Everyone was very confused and slow.
