With a few people there this place could have a really good vibe.
Pros:

Good location close to train station and beach area. Communal kitchen so could boil hot water and use fridge. Cook if you are so inclined. Big balcony for sitting outside and hanging up some washing. (I was only one there.)

Cons:

Apparently was only second guest in last 3months so the place was mostly shut down. Covered chairs and the like. Bar underneath is pretty grotty and noisy at times but you can bypass that area. Mossies seemed impossible to keep out.
