Pros:

Management are arrogant and rude. The rooms are filthy. Tried to get a refund and leave but they refused. They even called the police on me because I asked for a refund, the police told them that is my right to ask for a refund. No help from Hotels.com. I had to stay in the s...hole. Do not stay here!!!!!!

For the scale of 1 to 10: its 7.
Pros:

AC is so loud and the CR flooring- tiles were not properly installed. Must change the towel and blanket.

Useless On-Line Booking System.
Pros:

Disappointed - didn't get the rooms that I booked and paid on-line, so I end up picking undesirable available rooms that I have to pay at check out. Considering that I have to settle on what is available, and for the price that I paid, I believe the accommodation was fine, but I must say that my nose did notice something smelly on the bed mattress/foam and pillows.
