Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Abwechslung

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel wirkt irgendwie gespenstisch leer. Kaum jemand zu sehen, Bar leer, ...Parkgarage schön groß aber mit 15 Euro pro Nacht zu teuer- zumal im Hausflyer 10 Euro steht.
Frühstück ok aber Bediensteter frühstückte auch im Restaurant mit ziemlich schlechten Manieren....
Thai restaurant im Haus ok aber mehr nicht. Lieber in die Altstadt gehen!

Nett gelegenes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, mit freundlichen Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft, neben (nicht in) einem kleinen Park mit Entenweiher. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal welches sich um das Buffet kümmert sehr freundlich und rasch reagierend.

Cons:

Als das Hotel gebaut wurde, hatte man das Wort Dämmung noch nicht erfunden, die letzten sehr heißen Temperaturen waren schon vor ein paar Tagen gewesen, aber das Gebäude war vor allem im Zimmerbereich, immer noch sehr hoch temperiert. Nur konsequentes Lüften über die gesamte Nacht, machte es erträglich, da es nachts zum Glück draußen deutlich abkühlte.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was rather limited, both in terms of variety and availability, as many items were quickly running out. We also noticed that some hotel staff members were eating in the breakfast area while guests had very limited options available.
On the day of the festival taking place near the hotel, we also noticed that people from outside the hotel were gathering in front of the entrance, smoking, and entering the building looking for restrooms, which negatively affected the comfort of the guests.
Additionally, during the night there was a lot of noise on our floor — guests in the neighboring room were being very loud, likely after drinking alcohol. Unfortunately, we were unable to contact the reception, as no one was present and we could not reach anyone by phone.
I hope the hotel will pay more attention to organization and guest comfort in the future
