Please note that during the spring and summer season (April to November), weddings are held at Hotel Szyszko on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The massage room is open from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM – price list applies. The sauna and jacuzzi area is open to the public from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the sauna and jacuzzi area are not open to the public; prior reservation is required, and additional fees apply, as per the price list. Pets are allowed at the hotel for an additional fee and with prior notification. Guests are requested to specify the currency in which the service will be paid. If the currency is not specified, the hotel will charge the guest in the currency of the card issuer.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Na plus zasługuje przede wszystkim sam pokój, bardzo ładny, estetyczny, czysty, z wygodnymi łóżkami. Łazienka również bez zastrzeżeń. Dużym atutem jest restauracja: ma bardzo przyjemny klimat, a serwowane śniadania były po prostu przepyszne, świeże i bardzo bogate.
​Niestety, na tym w zasadzie kończą się plusy tego obiektu i całego pobytu.

Cons:

Zły stosunek jakości do ceny: Podróżowaliśmy po całych Mazurach i Suwałkachi to miejsce wypadło zdecydowanie najgorzej. Cena za noc była bardzo wygórowana, koszt jak w wielogwiazdkowym obiekcie z bogatą infrastrukturą.
​Kłopotliwa lokalizacja: Umiejscowienie obiektu utrudniało sprawne zwiedzanie okolicy, co przy braku atrakcji na miejscu było dodatkowym minusem.
​Niestosowne komunikaty dla gości: Ogromnym zgrzytem były liczne kartki i ogłoszenia rozmieszczone w hotelu (m.in. w restauracji, by nie zabierać ani nie marnować jedzenia). Przy tak wysokiej cenie tworzyło to mocno niesmaczne wrażenie i trąciło archaico-PRL-owskim podejściem do klienta.
​Podsumowując: cena jest całkowicie nieadekwatna do tego, co obiekt prezentuje i co ma do zaoferowania.
Jednak sam hotel w porządku.

Завтра хороший.

Cons:

Приехали заселяться машину место ели нашли. Заселились в номер на 3 этаже, звуко изоляция не очень, внизу находится ресторан и музыку было слышно в номере. Розетки очень далеко от кровати находяться.
