Le lieu (situation géographique ainsi que l'habitation) a été très appréciable. Chambre grande, spacieuse, propre qui garde le caractère de son époque.
Personnes à l'accueil ainsi qu'au petit déjeuner ont été charmantes.

Ontbijt was veel van het zelfde maar weinig smakelijk.
Ubicación, atención excelente, comodidad, cercanía y facilidades en todo momento! Es un hotel estupendo, al lado de la playa, y con unas opciones de compra de productos de playa en sus instalaciones. Habitaciones super comodas, y limpieza diaria! GRACIAS!!

La ubicación, a 2 minutos a pie de la playa y con aparcamiento gratuito muy cercano. Atención de todo el personal. Muy buen desayuno.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en El Refugio. La ubicación es fantástica, muy cerca de la playa y en un entorno tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar de la costa cántabra.
Mención especial merece el desayuno: variado, abundante y de gran calidad. Sinceramente, ya les gustaría a muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas ofrecer un desayuno de este nivel.
También queremos destacar la atención de Abraham, que hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Su trato cercano, amable y personalizado consigue que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a recomendar lugares para visitar, aporta un valor añadido que marca la diferencia.
