Nette Frau an der Rezeption
Große Wohnung

Cons:

Viele Ameisen in der Wohnung, kein Geschirr und Tassen, Bad hat sehr gemüffelt, recht abgewohnt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen extra bezahlt werden

Pros:

Tout aimé ! L’Italie, les habitants ouverts et sympathiques, le bus, les paysages incroyables , la résidence et ceux qui s’en occupent. La dame qui nous a reçu à la résidence est présente pour des indications diverses. Merciii

Genoten met wat uitdagingen
Pros:

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Zwembad bij de accommodatie was echt top en de appartementen waren ook prima met balkon

Cons:

De weg er naartoe en parkeren met een 9-persoonsbus was elke keer weer een uitdaging (steil en smal). En je kon ook niet wandelend ergens naartoe want daarvoor was het te afgelegen.

Pros:

Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Terrassen sind liebevoll mit herrlichen Blumen und Bäumen rund um die Apartments gestaltet. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Schwimmbecken, ideal zum Bahnenschwimmen.

Cons:

Sehr schwierige und gefährliche Zufahrt zu den Apartments mit engen Kurven. Das Einparken zwischen Betonsäulen und den Fahrzeugen der Nachbarn ist kompliziert. Es besteht ein hohes Risiko, das Auto bei der Zufahrt oder beim Parken zu beschädigen.
Das Fehlen eines Wasserkochers in der Küche ist ein Nachteil, sodass wir Wasser in einem Topf kochen mussten, um Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten führte nach dem täglichen Schlaf zu Rückenschmerzen.

Pros:

La gentillesse de la gérante qui parle très bien le français. Nous avons été surclassé suite à un désistement. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. La piscine est un vrai PLUS. Sans oublier les précieux conseils pour visiter les environs. Je recommande.
J'allais oublier : Spiaggia Le Calandre . La gérante vous indiquera surement comment y accéder ... :)

Beau séjour à Green Park
Pros:

Bien qu'à l'écart de Vintimille, le positionnement de la résidence permet des activites en complément de celles proposées (vélo, plages à 15 mns, visites du littoral et de l'arrière pays)
Avons aimé la piscine et le tennis.

Cons:

Dommage que l'environnement comporte beaucoup de friches industrielles. Ce sont des verrues pour une belle vue depuis les terrasses.

Cons:

Donkere, zeer gedateerde kamer, alsook het meubilair, ook op het terras. Heb alles moeten afwassen en dan nog was de handdoek zwart. Je moet apart nog handdoeken en bedlinnen huren alsook badmutsen kopen aan 5€/stuk als je het zwembad in wil. Dat was maar tot 18u open. De foto's van de getoonde kamer die we dachten te hebben kwamen helemaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. We hebben gevraagd om de dampkap te verschonen. De weg erheen was precies the getto, beetje raar. Als ze je op het hoogste gedeelte een kamer geven moet je parkeren in een zeer moeilijke parking. Dus ook niet zoals op de foto's getoond wordt. Zeer stijl.

Cons:

Horrible acces to the property, slight parking places, far away from any market or restaurant, unhigienic rooms, found dirty socks and sheets under the sofa, rude employees. All you can see from the terrace with dirty plastic chairs and table was multiple deserted train lines. We had to leave the property after one night although we payed for 7 nights.

Cons:

It was very difficult to reach the hotel as the road was very narrow & we had to stop/reverse every time a car came in the opposite direction. Very steep hills, I wouldn’t go there with a manual car.

Exceptional
Pros:

We were super happy with the hosts, especially Viviana. Super helpful. When our kid was sick, she even called her own doctor and didn’t hesitate to wait for us an extra hour when there was a traffic jam on the road.

We were very happy in the Green Park. We advise it for the families.
Pros:

The staff of the Green Park was simply amazing, especially Viviana, she waited for our later arrival, chose us the rooms that were close to each other (we were a bigger family group) and when our kids got sick, she even called her own doctor to arrange an appointment, instead of having to wait in an emergency of a hospital. We felt very welcome. The pool was very clean and super nice to have. The view of the rocks is also dramatic and pretty. The apartments are spacious and cosy. The procimity to Menton (15 minutes), Monaco, Nice makes it a perfect starting point to explore the French Rieviera. However, we found the best beaches in Ventimiglia, from all the places. And the prices are a bit better then in the French Riviera, too.

Cons:

The road to the parking place is very steep (at least for us), but an experienced driver should handle it, even though it is a bit of a challenge ;)

It is well maintained, apart from regarding kitchen utensils.
Large balcony!

Cons:

The view from the balcony overlooks a deserted train yard, with some murky characters straying it 24/7.
Parking spots are tiny, so need to be skinny to make it in/out your driver seat door.
