Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο ψηλά στο λόφο. Κατεβαίνει κανείς στην πόλη μόνο με αυτοκίνητο. Το πρωινό πολύ μέτριο. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε air condition

L'emplacement, la vue sur le lac, la taille de la chambre, la propreté et le petit déj qui était bon (le serveur du petit déj' sympathique)

Cons:

Avoir un bonjour à l'accueil serait sympa avant de demander les papiers.... - le ventilateur quand on rentre dans la chambre fait du bruit et la personne ne fait rien en dehors du fait de le couper donc inutilisable sachant que la climatisation était bruyante elle aussi... - dommage de nous avoir indiqué par écrit deux jours avant que le resto était complet alors qu'on nous le propose quand on rrive.

Location davvero panoramica, tranquillità, stanza molto ampia, pulizia e buona qualità del cibo, personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Doccia angusta con solo il soffione dall'alto, per chi si ferma più giorni il menù con le diverse proposte rimane lo stesso per l'intera settimana

A beautiful hillside hotel with an exceptional restaurant
Pros:

A beautiful hotel located in the hills above Leveno. The room was very spacious & comfortable with a lively balcony.

What really sets it apart is the extraordinarily wonderful restaurant. Make sure you book in advance as it gets very busy. The food, service, views were exceptional and we very much hope to come back one day. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Extraordinaire et mieux qu'espéré. Bravo et merci.
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner est parfait mais surtout la personne (un homme) qui le sert ! Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la cuisine du restaurant qui semble être fantastique réputée.

Cons:

Pas grand chose juste: le robinet grince, le ventilateur de plafond et la clim un peu bruyants comme toutes les clims mais je pense qu'un des moteurs doit être changé. Il, faut dire qu'ils sont mis à rude épreuve en ce moment !

Für ein Abendesser sehr gerne wieder, jedoch nicht für eine Übernachtung.
Pros:

Meine Kollegin und ich haben dort das Abendessen genossen. Sehr fein und sehr schön präsentiert. Sehr gute Beratung vom Personal.

Cons:

Waren vom Frühstücksbuffet leider enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft hatte in den Jahren 2019-2021 die Michelin Auszeichnung erhalten. Uns fehlten Eier, Spiegeleier, gebratener Speck u.s.w. Der Schinken war zu dick geschnitten, der Käse kein Geschmack.
Die Unterkunft liegt leider zu weit vom Geschehen weg und daher zu Fuss nicht empfehlenswert und mit dem Auto ist es auch keine Option.

Ein zuständiger Kellner für alle Gäste beim Frühstück war zu wenig, das Buffet litt ab 09.00 Uhr darunter sehr.
