Das Hotel hat Klasse!
Pros:

Ich habe bereits viele Luxushotels besucht, aber ich kann mit Abstand sagen, dass dieses Hotel eines der besten ist, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Schon beim Eingang wurden wir persönlich mit unserem Namen empfangen – sogar die Geschäftsführerin selbst hat uns begrüßt.

An der Rezeption, im Restaurant sowie im Spa wurden wir stets herzlich empfangen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter hat sich aufmerksam um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt haben.

Mein Freund hatte während unseres Aufenthalts Geburtstag, und selbst daran wurde gedacht – eine sehr schöne und aufmerksame Geste.

Ich kann dieses Hotel hinsichtlich Hygiene, Restaurantqualität und Service nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles. Für uns ist dieses Hotel nun etwas ganz Besonderes, und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Superschöne Auszeit ! Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Pros:

Tolle Lage, freundliche Atmosphäre. Schöne Saunalandschaft / Schwimmbad. Man fühlt sich willkommen und umsorgt, das tut gut ! Beim Frühstücken Blick auf die See und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe, da könnte man stundenlang sitzen 😊

Sauna und Whirlpool auf dem Zimmer, mehrere Meerwasserpools im Wellnessberrich, sehr netter Service (egal ob an der Bar, im Restaurant oder der Concierge)

Netter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Leckeres Frühstück und perfekte Lage, freundliches Personal, gute Parkplatzsituation, guter Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Leere Versprechen. Wenn man etwas nicht umsetzen kann/will, sollte man das auch nicht ansprechen. Das eigentliche Problem wurde zwar im Endeffekt schnell behoben, aber das ganze „drum herum“ wurde nicht umgesetzt.

Es war sehr stickig im Zimmer.
