Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and very friendly indeed, couldn't have asked for more, maybe should have but they had already done so much.

Cons:

The room was a bit too smaller in size than I anticipated and in a corner right next to a main corridor entrance from the upper floor. This meant you felt the door bang after anyone passed through the doors. It wasn't a total disaster but it was enough to spoil it from being perfect or close.

Disappointing
Pros:

Evening meal was well presented and met expectations.

Cons:

Building work was being carried out from arriv8ng t9nleaving. We were allocated room 11. Directly above the Wedding Cottage works. Hot tub was being sited and drills and hammering throughout from 8am.

Stayed for 2 nights but wouldn’t like to think I was staying any longer
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Bedrooms need a complete refurbishment, I’ve never seen such a small bathroom.
Breakfast on both mornings was cold even though we were there just after they started serving
Bar and restaurant area are very nice and the outside area is lovely.

Value for money location let's it down.
Pros:

Decor and cleanliness. Hotel looked nice staff were helpful breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and temperature was good.

Cons:

The location hotel situated in a housing estate could be improved by using large evergreen trees to mask the houses which overlook the grounds. Room was small and only had shower and not a bath. I'd stay again but would upgrade to a nicer room.
