The staff were very good and nothing appeared to much. The room we were allocated was nicely equipped but on the small side. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was very nice . Price was reasonable
Our double room was quite small , and even the staff acknowledge they usually used it for single travellers .
Very relaxed, the food options at the restaurant were very good
The room got very hot with a pipe tvat run through the room, but with the help of a good fan and being able to open the sash window fully we were able to get comfy-ish
Fantastic wedding venue for us last Saturday everything was seamless and well organised and beautiful
Nothing!! It was all lovely can’t fault it
Beautiful location, we had an amazing time there at a family wedding. It really exceeded expectations. Venue was gorgeous, food very good, staff were lovely.
It was exceptionally hot weather and was quite difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the bedroom.
One small issue was the disco lights shining straight out at the tables. Very bright, felt a bit like we were under a search tower.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Place tired in ned of revamp.
Ripped carpets and room needed deep clean black around the shower screen.
Room very small did not expect that much lack of space very disappointed. Would not stay again.
Gorgeous Hotel. The room was amazing and the Sunday dinner was the best I've ever had.
Fantastic hotel, we stayed here after being married and booked a table in the restaurant for family to celebrate. Staff were exceptional and food was amazing- big portions! The customer service here is excellent and rooms are clean and roomy. We had a roll top bath and it was super comfy. The grounds were beautiful. Loved staying here.
Poder aparcar en la puerta, el lugar era muy tranquilo
No hay ascensor y la escalera del segundo piso era muy estrecha. No estaba bien insonorizado y se oía la gente en el pasillo.
Property was absolutely beautiful
Hot water in toilet wasn’t working without a loud groaning noise coming from the tap
Quiet location, nice breakfast and the evening food was lovely. Staff very nice. Rooms clean and comfortable. Good parking
The room was absolutely baking hot. My window was restricted and the fan was very noisy.
It’s a little out in the sticks so you need a car or taxi if you want to eat anywhere else.
Bar menu doesn’t really vary that much.
Absolutely stunning hotel and venue exceptional gardens and the food was to die for, the rooms were luxurious and the staff were warm and welcoming a beautiful hotel.
N/A
Being very rustic and the history.
Set in its acres, but pity new estates around it - sign of the times
Room was very warm - not sure why - not hot weather - we did open window and there was a fan thank goodness - room done out nicely but small. But we had a good. Kew from the room.
Nice antique extras around.
Meal was good - but feel that the kitchen extraction could be an awful lot better - there was the smell of cooking filtering into the bar and restaurant area - not good really.
