Everything was amazing mainly the stuffs was very friendly and helpful.
Perfect base for us, located halfway between the mountains and the city centre. Very hot temperatures during our stay so air conditioning in rooms much appreciated.

The safe was very nice, and gave us good feeling. The staff was very nice and gave good feeling. The clerk at the entrance helped us explain to the taxi how to get there and was very helpful.
The hotel is located above a main road and the noise was very loud. It took a while for there to be hot water, and there was no rug or extra towel to put on the floor, which was unpleasant and slippery.
The hotel exceeded our expectations and we can recommend it.
It is located in a very architecturally interesting building overlooking a busy street,
but the windows with insulating triple glazing isolate the noise quite well.
The location is also an advantage, 10 minutes walk from the Akmeteli theatre metro station and there is parking available.

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
WiFi coverage and internet speed very good.
Breakfast was also OK.
Heating
Bad soundproofing: noises from the hallway and outdoors were constantly disturbing my sleep.
The bathroom wasn’t dirty, but the tile was poor quality where I could easily slip and break my neck. Also the drain in the bathroom was missing and shower leaked on to shower floor. Also unclear how to use heater/AC. Other than that it was fine.
hotel rooms were clean. The employees were smiling. and most of all the hotel was safe. It is announced to Turkish tourists
The thing is, the internet was intermittent during my stay. Other than that there was no problem
You feel there like at home. Trusty people in everything, staff, manager and the owners are so helpful, they invite me on their supra and taste almost all Georgian dishes without totally additional fees. It was real Georgian hospitality. Rooms are clean, they offer room service everyday. Breakfast is extra fee (around 5 Euro) and the dishes are so tasty and full. Hotel is not in the center, but priority is that metro is near, around 10-15 min walking and costs around 40 cent, so in 15-20 minutes I could reach every destination.
From the first glance when I was coming from the airport, I thought it would not be appropriate hotel for stay, but when I saw from the inside and met people it became really amazing place
Me and my husband were travelling for business affairs and needed hotel for one night to go to west Georgia then. But I can say that it had really good experience for one night: clean room, ideal breakfast, cozy yard and what is the most important friendly and family attitude. WI FI is excellent in the hotel and it is another plus. I would stay more days with pleasure. I can recommend the hotel
Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room they gave us was cozy and clean, also recently renovated. As for the breakfast, it was nice, offered some traditional dishes. In the room they also offered traditional Georgian wines made in the hotel completely free of charge. Also Metro "Akmeteli theatre" is 10-15 minutes walking, so it is easy to arrive at the city center in a short time about 20-25 min. I can recommend the hotel for all who want family, friendly atmosphere.
قمت بحجز غرفة مكيفة تحوي سرير كبير وثلاث أسرة مفردة، بعد تسجيل الوصول وجدت أن الغرفة تحوي سرير كبير وسريرين مفردين اثنين فقط، تحدثت مع موظفة الاستقبال فردت بأن القيمة التي دفعتها هي قيمة ما أعطيناك إياه لا أكثر، وهذا رد غير منطقي وغير مقبول، فقلت لها إن ما دفعته هو مقابل ما ذكر بالنص في الحجز، فقالت إن كنت تريد غرفة بسرير كبير وثلاث أسرة مفردة فسنعطيك إياها لكنها غير مكيفة وهذا أيضًا مخالف لما ذكر في الحجز بأن الغرفة مكيفة، ولما أعلمتها بذلك قالت هذا ما لدينا
