Very modern and clean. Ideal for the Grand Bend area. I would stay again.
Pros:

Location is great and free parking! Grocery store across the road which is helpful. 10mins to Grog’s and 4mins to Grand Bend’s Main St.

Cons:

No elevator so you must be able to use the stairs. I was fine but this might not be okay for everyone.

Overall not terrible stay.
Pros:

Location was fine, just a short walk to the beach. We were not offered breakfast during our stay.

Cons:

The bathrooms could’ve been a lot cleaner. The shower head either needs fixed or replaced. It does need staffed more at the desk. We waited over 15 minutes to be helped and fully checked in to our room for the night

Cons:

No accesable for people who cant walk up the stairs with dissability . No elevator . I was in crutches and wasnt able to walk and have hard time going up the stairs and dont have no choice

No breakfast for the price of the room the room I booked was not available let me know 3 days before we got a room but it was ok

Turned away out business
Pros:

Nice size, clean room.

Cons:

The one male staff member was rude to us and forced us to checkout even though there were many rooms available and the surrounding area roads were closed due to poor weather conditions.

Pros:

Price was good. Bed was comfortable. 4 pillows, large closet, no carpets. Nice forest view. Convenience store, pizza place, billiards and bar in one building. Staff were kind. Decorations for Christmas were up in the common area. Security cameras for safety.

Cons:

Bathroom drywall damage near ceiling in shower. Windows are filthy. Chair was very cheap. Fridge is very small and not cold enough. Heat in room takes awhile to heat. Not accessible must use stairs. Stairway smelt like body odor.
