Camas duras

El baño no está limpio, los "canalitos" entre los azulejos tienen moho, se me hace extraño y por demás incomodo que si llegas en coche tengas que entrar por el comedor, incómodo para quien entra como para quien esté comiendo, el vaso que agarre para el agua olía mal...la comida no tenía sabor, el cuarto no tiene espejos, el baño tiene mala iluminación, entre otros detalles nada cómodos en comparación a hoteles como el City express que tiene casi el mismo precio y que sí está muy limpio, cómodo, grande el cuarto, buena iluminación en todo el lugar y huele rico...

Estancia muy agradable en zona centrica
Pros:

La atención del personal, desde los de limpieza que cada día nos dejaron aguas y toallas limpias, el portero por las noches que lo sentimos mas seguros, el mesero atento en nuestros desayunos, hasta la recepción en nuestra llegada y nuestra salida que nos permitieron dejar nuestras maletas por mas de 6 horas resguardas.
Puedes llegar caminando a demasiados lados como el museo de tampico a una cuadra o hasta la laguna del carpintero.

Cons:

falto un poco de iluminación en el área del closet, las cortinas solo abrían de un solo lado para iluminar esa área pero al momento de cambiarnos no podíamos abrirlas ya que se ve desde el área de la plaza, como opción algunas cortinas extras traslucidas o polarizado en el vidrio quedaría excelente para tambien dejarlas abiertas por las noches ya que la vista es estupenda a la plaza.
