Overall a great experience that I’d definitely recommend
Pros:

The location, the decoration and the ambience

Cons:

The fact i couldn’t get a coffee latte after 3 pm. If it’s available multiple staff didn’t give me a solution.

Our stay was great, it was very comfortable, clean, central and the ambiance of the hotel felt very premium
Pros:

Clean, modern with lots of organic touches made it feel very serene & the location was great

Cons:

There was no help with our bags when we arrived which I believe for the cost should be a given & not something that we need to request.

For me whenever I travel to Los Angeles there is only 1 Hotel
Pros:

All the atmosphere, the concept the staff that are extremely friendly and professional
I love it and never try any other hotel
