Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, avec une décoration particulièrement réussie et soignée. L’emplacement est également excellent.

Cons:

L’ambiance nous a un peu moins convenu. L'atmosphère est davantage tournée vers le paraître que vers la convivialité. Je ne recommanderais donc pas forcément cet hôtel aux familles avec enfants.

Le tarif du parking est également excessif : 75 $, nettement plus cher que dans les autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné à Los Angeles.

Very recommended for families- we were there with 3 kids and it was absolutely fantastic
Pros:

All the stuff is super friendly and helpful , try their best to help with what ever they can.
We always stay at the 1 hotel in many locations in the US and we always love it

В баре вкусные коктейли, персонал работает хорошо.

Cons:

Не понравилась еда в баре (креветки и батат жареный были ужасны).
Шум от вентиляции был невероятным. Нам пришлось не пользоваться системой кондиционирования.

Great location, beautiful interior design, it felt relaxing with a upbeat vibe. Loved the open plan reception and the valet parking team where incredible.

Room for a massive improvement.
Pros:

The beds and air conditioning plus location.

Cons:

The dangerous, steep tub to access the shower and only a rain shower, not a hand held one as well. A walk in shower is also necessary in a twin room as well as a double room. Also I wasn’t told until the very last day that there was a complementary driving service within a 3 mile radius and I had spent hundreds on Uber. Staff were very unaccommodating the only friendly people where the vallets.
