Eine perfekte Location zur Entspannung.

Großzügige, saubere Häuser mit aufmerksamen Housekeeping. Die Sonnenliegenpolster werden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch Sonderwünsche werden versucht umgehend zu realisieren.

Die feste Speisenkarte wird täglich ergänzt durch meist regionale Gerichte. Die Küche kocht sehr lecker.

Das man nur zur Flut gut im Meer baden kann wird durch den Pool kompensiert. Da die Anlage klein ist, wird es nirgendwo voll.

Hinter der Anlage beginnt dass einfache, afrikanische Leben der Einheimischen. Unsere Erfahrungen sind nur gut. Alle sind sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich.

The property was exactly as described, on the beach, clean, peaceful and with amazing staff. We were greeted by Temayani who looked after us from when we arrived ( early) to getting our room ready as soon as possible and then arranging a generous late check out. Other staff included Shemsha, Grace and Guidion who made the whole vacation beyond amazing. Thank you so much

Jambiani villa ( Kusini) is a beautiful 3 bed villa on the jambiani beach , which is situtated on the southeren side of Zanzibar , its calm and oeacful there ideal for families .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal and the shows spectacular. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend Jambiani Villas to all.

Our stay at the Jambiani villas was incredible. Our villa in front of the ocean was a dream, and it was hard to leave this paradise. The place was impeccable. The beds are super comfortable. The views were simply extraordinaire. The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer, and I cannot wait to return. I cannot strongly recommend this magic place more .

Jambiani Villas was absolutely fantastic. My Dad and I stayed for a couple of days and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay in Jambiani.

We had a very good time at Jiambiani Villa. The hotel is perfectly located, “almost in” the sea! We can enjoy the swimming pool during low tides. We had the chance to have BBQ with local food and a show, local band and dancers, very nice to discover! The apartment have every commodities and tastefully decorated.

Les villas sont magnifiques et très bien équipées !
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le meilleur qu’on a fait ! Le dîner animé BBQ et live band au top aussi.
Par contre vous devez marcher 7min sur la plage pour rejoindre le restaurant et PDJ.

We loved everything about our stay here! The villas are amazing! You have your own front space that is looking at the ocean. The beach was so beautiful right in front of us. Anytime we had a problem they helped us immediately. Everything was so Beautiful and clean! I’m pretty sure this is my favorite place I’ve ever stayed in my whole life! It was worth every penny!

Vi boede først på den nordligst ejendom og det var ikke noget for os. Så flyttede vi ned til den midterste ejendom og det nød vi. Her var en skøn udsigt over havet fra huset og dejligt med restauranten lige i nærheden. Søde ejer.

Perfect for cozy holiday, more food options would have been nicer, nothing to complain about will be there again shortly
