The staff always make my stay a great experience.

Perfect location for a stay in London, with a lovely pub below and access to a tube station close by.
Pros:

Great location near a tube stop, staff were lovely, and got discount in the pub below during our stay.

Cons:

We had a big suitcase and it was all stairs, but that was our own doing

Comfortable, safe and cosy. Rooms are clean and so is bathroom and provided toiletries

Cosy and had the basics

Cons:

I didn’t mind the noise but if you are a light sleeper or sleep early and you’re staying over a weekend you might not enjoy being above a pub

Friendly staff. Comfortable stay. Also the food and drink in the bar (npt included in room rate obviously), was excellent.

Cons:

Only criticism was a broken window handle that was completely detached from window, so I couldn't shut window properly

Lovely stay which exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Me and my daughter stayed here for a concert at Wembley and we were really impressed. The room exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t believe how nice it was for the money. The lady who showed us to our room was lovely too, we will definitely look to stop here again for future London trips.

Location is good and close to tube station but it still takes you 25 mins to get anywhere so once you go out, you don’t

Good overall stay, neighbourhood environment,
Very easy access though you need to carry your keys.

Cons:

You could hear the pub noise but it was ok as it closed early for us. The shower was excellent but the curtains very light so not ideal if you prefer to sleep in the dark.

Pros:

Fabbricato caratteristico. Bella stanza, pulita, staff cordiale. Molto comoda alla metro della linea verde.

Cons:

Malgrado il quartiere sia tranquillo, durante la notte si sente un continuo via vai di macchine e moto.
Nella settimana in cui siamo stati purtroppo la cucina era in ristrutturazione e non abbiamo potuto cenare o fare colazione al pub. Avremmo preferito essere avvisati.
