Great location for the Eventim Apollo
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

I booked a delux double room, which didn’t feel very delux! The curtain pole was broken with part of it on the window sill. The shower didn’t drain which made showering very difficult. I was surprised the housekeepers hadn’t reported this when cleaning.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super! 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Hammersmith Station wo man sich auch in einem Supermarkt, bei einem Bäcker oder mehr was kaufen kann.
Auch toll fanden wir, dass unten das Pub ist und man dort als Gast Prozente bekommt. Das Pub hat super Preise und sehr gutes Essen. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es recht staubig und die Dusche könnte mal wieder saniert werden

What didn't we love. All staff were amazing and frìendly especially Oscar who went out of his way to give extra help with luggage, Uber and making sure we had everything we needed.

Depends which room you stay in!
Pros:

Staff was super responsive when we asked to switch rooms, the process was seamless and they were kind and friendly. 10/10 for them

The second room we stayed in was great (Kew Bridge): clean and comfortable, although quite noisy since it’s on the first floor, right above the pub (but that’s to be expected so wasn’t an issue at all for us).

Cons:

The room we stayed in our first night (Hammersmith Bridge) was vile. The shower water was scorching hot and couldn’t be controlled, beddings were dirty (crusty unidentified stuff on the covers, hairs, etc), walls and floor were dirty, the blind wouldn’t shut and the room was filled with the light by 5:30am. Main issue: Mold all over the bathroom (no ventilation at all in there + shower’s leaking). Genuinely a safety hazard. Stay away from this room.

Good accommodation to explore London
Pros:

It is a basic accommodation in a good location. The staff were really friendly.

The room is basic but has everything you need. We have stayed in significantly worse places in London in this price bracket.

We will stay here again.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with an event on but the music finished as promised at midnight..

Lovely room but too noisy to sleep
Pros:

Lovely room and fab location

Cons:

The music did not.stop at 12 and it was very loud.

Maybe a call to possible guests to warn yhem would have been useful as we would have changed our accommodation
