Perfect location for an event at the apollo. Kayleigh the manager was extremely welcoming couldn’t do enough for us when we arrived. We arrived just before food ended due to train disruption but the chef worked over to accommodate us. Access to the property was easy and secure after hours. Room was clean and had all the facilities needed. This will be a first choice to return to when we are next in the area. Lovely place thank you for a wonderful stay! Kayleigh is the perfect manager for this establishment she should definitely be recognised for her role!

We have stayed here before as it’s in a good, convenient location. The food in the pub was good, and it was a nice bonus to receive 10% off food and drink. The bedding was clean and the bed itself was comfortable enough.
Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. We were given the same room as before, but it had a noticeable damp smell, likely due to the age of the building. The carpet was quite grubby with visible stains, which may have contributed to the smell. My husband also didn’t sleep well and felt the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
The location was perfect! The room was nice and comfortable, lovely view from the window. Kettle and a selection of teas available.
La camera da letto ha delle dimensioni molto superiori alla media di Londra. Enorme e molto bella. Il bagno ha delle dimensioni inferiori ma assolutamente perfette. Con due finestre. La posizione sopra il pub è stata perfetta per noi. Il tortino di carne buonissimo. Scelta di birre infinita. Ipa anche leggere per una buonissima notte. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La musica è cessata all'orario previsto. Alle 23:00 sino al giovedì; alle 24:00 il verdì ed il sabato. Chiaramente abbiamo fatto chiusura con i clienti abituali. La fermata della metro (Linea District) è a due passi. Circa 25 minuti per Regent Street. Dieci minuti a piedi e si trova Hammersmith.

It was a good for location for what we needed, we’re attending an event at The Eventim Apollo.
We left quite early before the pub was open and weren’t told what the code was for the chain on the outside gate but we just climbed over easily enough.
What a hidden gem! Perfect for if you're attending a nearby show at the Eventim Apollo ( only 10 mins walk away)
When we arrived had a lovely welcome from the gentleman behind the bar (sorry didn't catch your name) he checked us in and explained everything, including that we would receive a discount on drinks and food bought within the pub . Then he took us out of the bar , through the pub garden and into the guest area . He explained the door code entry and escorted us up the stairs to the accommodation area. Our room was then up another flight of stairs at the top of the building. The room was much larger than expected , with a settee , chairs and two tv's . The bathroom had a bath with shower over head ( the shower wasn't working but this was known when we booked the room)
There were plenty of towels and a good range of toiletries provided. Tea and coffee making facilities and again a good range of drink options provided. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. We also had dinner and drinks in the pub - the pub itself was vibrant and friendly with a great atmosphere , and a large dining area to one side . The food was very good value and delicious - both of us thoroughly enjoyed it. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay couldn't have been more helpful . Cant wait to find an excuse to go back!
There was nothing at all that we didn't like - the only thing to say is the stairs maybe a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

It was in a good location
The room was not as described. The roof was damp, the carpet did not fit the room, the tv aerial was broken, the blind did not open, the plug was broken and hanging off, the bathroom shower had mould, the tv cable bracket was hanging off and the shower tubing was black with dirt and the shower head that is adjustable was broken so couldn’t be heightened and kept slipping down.
Great location for the Apollo theatre, friendly staff and clean and tidy rooms.
No breakfast served at the weekends before 10am.
If you go o bed early this place isn’t for you as the noise/music from the pub goes on till midnight
