The location was perfect. The room was big, it was the family room. There was usual kettle, tea and coffee etc.
Manager friendly. Cleaning staff friendly. Room tidy and clean.
The sofa bed was broken.
We were in a hurry due to the time it took for barman to realise the bed was broken, so we were late to eat. So we had little choice but to gett chips as quick. From online menu, I figured we would get chunky chips. We got fries that were barely warm. Two bowls came to £10.80. This seemed overly priced esp when they were cold fries. He said it was 10% off for residents, which made it £11.88. Seemed very high price given menu prices. I was also disappointed as we had been offered free drinks due to broken bed, yet my friend paid for our soft drinks.
Things like furniture a bit tired.
Maybe eat and drink elsewhere. Hammersmith Road has cool places.
It was conveniently placed with tube access. It had adequate sound proofing which ensured that the hustle and bustle of the pub did not bother our sleep.
Half of the lights in the room did not work. Also, a bin in the bathroom would have been greatly appreciated.

I had to leave
Very convenient for Ravenscourt Park station and my High School reunion (300 yards away). Plus King Street, downtown Hammersmith and the River Thames and its pubs and restaurants very close too, Little to no train noise. Buses to Acton & Sheoherds Bush run right by the property. The pub downstairs gives a 10% discount for resident purchases. Halloween decorations intricate and already up.
Upstairs up an outside iron staircase, no elevator. No air conditioning but that didn’t matter on this trip. As it is over a pub, there is music and bustle until 11pm, which may bother some people. Dalling Road is a busy thoroughfare, so road noise from 6am till 12am.
Great location short walk from Hammersmith station, this place offers a great value stay close to central London.

Well located to the Apollo and tube station.
Nothing to dislike , although the Mrs did say the room could have done with a mirror to put her slap on . But i can’t fault it.

Great location, amazing staff, and the new Caribbean restaurant within the pub is mind-blowingly good, real jerky chicken, at a price that you couldn't find outside of London, never mind in Hammersmith!
