Cons:

La punaise dans le lit. Le froid dans la pièce. Le bruit de l'eau en continue et d'un bruit indéfinissable. La moisissure dans la douche. Le manque de lumière dans la salle de bains.

Sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Mit unseren beiden Hündchen haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet.

Personnel attentionné, je recommande de régler le problème chauffage dans la chambre attribuée.
Pros:

Le personnel était souriant disponible ouvert et serviable. La chambre très propre. Restaurant délicieux.

Cons:

J'ai eu un problème au niveau de la salle de bains qui n'était pas chauffée et où il faisait froid. J'ai eu froid durant la nuit et estime avoir payé trop cher par rapport à la qualité du service. On m'a dit qu'un changement de chambre était impossible. J'espèrerais recevoir un bon pour le restaurant en dédommagement.

Lors de non arrivée on ne m'a pas donné d'info sur l'internet et les informations n'étaient pas dans la chambre.
