Lage. Personal super nett.

Cons:

Pool. Klein, nicht einladend. Wenn man Pech hat, kommt man gar nicht rein wegen 30 Menschen drin. Riecht nach Urin:(

Clean! Good food , fast elevators , good swimming pool, service grate! Close to bus and train stations. Big and comfort room !

Cons:

T.v. without Netflix or apps . No gust one boton to order the elevators in the same place.

La dimensione della stanza è ampia, l'arredamento è molto carino, la lobby superlativa

Cons:

Manca di attenzione ai dettagli. Tipo: doccino che perde acqua (subito sistemato), tappo del lavandino svitato, assenza di spazzolone, cattivi odori dal bagno e musica che si sente di notte nonostante tutto chiuso (deve esserci una discoteca nel palazzo). In generale è un bell'albergo, ma per quello che costa mi aspettavo qualcosa di più confortevole

Terrible value for money run down hotel

The whole place needs a uplift in all manners
Terrible inside with the wall paper peeling off, smashed edges from luggage and carts
The rooms are dated and everything is worn out from the floors to the towels
Even on 4th floor you hear everything from outside so don’t expect a good nights sleep here!
We moved rooms from a “superior” room which is actually in a different serviced building next door to be back in the hotel- very random that the terrace rooms are there and therefore this is totally misleading on the website and on booking.
Location of being central is the only good thing but as a hotel I would not come back here again.
The staff member Mayde was brilliant and helped us with much enthusiasm she has probably had lots of people asking her to move rooms I bet.
For value this place is not it

Wonderful stay in a wonderful city
Pros:

Wonderful location with an amazing breakfast each morning. We had 3 in Suite with balcony and views. Because we needed to make the living area a 2nd bedroom having a dining room gave us that extra room you need. Beds were comfortable, pillows, just ok. 3 sharing 1 room can get complicated but having an extra WC was a huge benefit! Evening simple turn-down service is nice. This 4 night stay was our last stop on a month long journey also celebrating a birthday and the staff set up our room beautifully! Staff is amazing and kind. Madrid is a wonderful city to visit! Great walks to take right out the door. We look forward to returning.

Cons:

Water on the floor outside the shower (when using) is not easy to control. Twice our in room coffee service was not replenished - this is something we depend on ;-)

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major attractions like the Royal Palace of Madrid, Gran Vía, and Puerta del Sol, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Although the hotel itself is not very modern, it is always kept clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and you can also order freshly made omelets on the spot.
Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Desk, staff really friendly and very helpful. Quite welcoming. Very good central location and near some charming little restaurants.

Cons:

On the other hand, the hotel restaurant really provided less than mediocre food at more than mediocre prices. The four of us had a dinner that was uniformly ill prepared.

Excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Chambre peu équipée (pas de repose valise), rouille dans la salle de bain, odeur nauséabonde à chaque douche, Chambre vieillissante, ménage fait partiellement. Le personnel ne dit pas bonjour quand on le croise dans l'hotel
