Die Lage
Die Zimmer sind so klein dass es sich schon alleine schwer machen lässt komfortabel zu leben. Aber zu zweit eigentlich unmöglich. Und das nachdem ich sogar aufgezahlt habe um ein besseres Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Hotelbar hat nicht nur schlechtes Service, es ist einfach gar nicht existent, unglaublich dass es soetwas noch gibt. Schlechteres habe ich nur im ehemaligen Ostblock erlebt! Also für dieses Hotel soviel zu bezahlen ist einfach verlorenes Geld!!

Exceptional Hotel at a heart of the city. Very good and extremely kind staff, excellent location. The whole Hotel is so clean, good smell around and the breakfast was a very high standard. This was only one night, but next time in Madrid I would pick this again.

We stayed three nights. Beautiful five stars hotel with great staff, great food and great location. I highly recommend it. Is on Gran Via corner with Plaza de España.
