Loved the hotel and the staff
Pros:

Recently renovated, spacious, amazing location, staff are amazing.
You can “feel” the underground’s train vibrations which is pretty weird, however, it did not really disturb my baby’s or my sleep

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es que el baño no tenga puerta..Es una moda que se ha extendido y que quita intimidad y resta higiene al resto del espacio, que es moderno, amplio, lujoso y con estilo.

Stylish hotel, well located with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Near to Palace & cathedral through the small park. Close to trendy shops and bars a short walk the other way. Opposite a metro station.

Cons:

The room was quite bijou. We were out of the room one day til 530pm & it hadn't been serviced by that time. This was remedied as soon as we told reception. The water pipes banged in the night & woke us! To be fair we only reported that at check out & they were most apologetic.
