Pros:

Location was great, staff were really friendly and helpful.
Loved the fact we could have a triple room as we always struggle to find one.

Cons:

Half of the bed springs were broken on the double so it dipped and was a struggle to roll over.
There was also a constant sound of running water in the wall - didn't sound right and actually kept me awake a little.

Pros:

Nice staff, clean and comfortable room, good location, nice decoration in the communal areas, lovely looking bar and restaurant (although we didn't eat ir drink there as it was a very short stay)

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms are a bit dated but for this price it's not really a problem

Pros:

The Verve Hotel is so welcoming, I have been training for work purposes over the last year and have stayed in different hotels within Bedford, until I stayed at The verve, I now book with the verve every time. Very comfortable, lovely people and just a great place to stay.

Cons:

Nothing, I honestly cannot think of anything I didn’t like about staying at the Verve hotel. Maybe 1 thing, and that is to have smart TV so I can log into my Netflix but that is minor.

A big space despite some internet issues. Would visit again.
Pros:

Location was great, easy check-in, nice bathroom, cool with the windows open, spacious, clean, friendly staff, love the garden

It suited my needs for the night and would certainly consider using it again.
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel, with equally pleasant staff!

Cons:

The seat in the room appeared broken, as I could lean back on it to almost the horizontal. It nearly caught me out the first time I leant back in it! Spoke to a member of staff in the morning and they thought it was just a fashionable chair, but would take a look at it anyway.

Pros:

It was beautifully decorated and quite funky. Bed a little small for us as I like king-size (husband snores) shower was good and powerful. Just right for one night. Great hotel at a bargain price.

Cons:

Just the bed is a bit on the small side for us. I like king-size.

Very nice clean room short walk to the train station
Pros:

It was perfect for my needs. When I booked 10, I was told I was upgraded to a double room.

Cons:

I could hear next door’s TV on both sides. Also, where my room was located was near their office. So I could hear conversations going on it didn’t go on too late, but I could hear them.
