Perfectly pleasant staff. Very cramped room.
WWe booked a single and a double. The single party arrived first and was given the far more spacious room (beds were the same size). It wasnt worth changing but it was kind of dumb.
Turned up at the hotel only to find I'd booked the wrong date and I was a week too early 😔 my mistake.
The staff were very accommodating and assured me the problem could be resolved.
Within 5 minutes I was eating food in the restaurant (basic food but welcome after a long day)
Once my room was sorted I was pleasantly surprised with the room for the rate.
Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed nice clean bathroom.
TV, coffee, toiletries, and fresh bedding.

Got an upgrade from single to double room. Hotel is clean and well positioned
Cleaner turned off fans whilst I was out so when i got back room was like an oven
Stayed at other 4 star hotel, must say it is different.
Bathroom bit small, nothing else to fault on. Like the gift pack in the room with a lovely pen, cup, and some basic essentials etc. a nice touch.

Nice shower when i was finally admitted to my room.
Ridiculous request for Id! Room was alredy paid for. Unhelpful staff totally unsympathetic to an obviously exhausted 87 yr old in desperste need of a shower and a rest. Never again.
