Nie buchen so schlimm geworden!

So schlecht das Ich kein gutes Wort sagen kann. Muss von Chef bis so viel Personal wechseln.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundlich auch von Anfang an, für jeder puk wollen sofort Geld nehmen. Als Gast zu Zimmer kommen soll und Koffer höllen ich muss dafür 20€ zahlen, absolut scheisen. Und so unfreundlich alle.

Отличный отель, остались очень довольны! Персонал очень вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — они просто великолепные! Большой выбор блюд, всё очень вкусное и свежее.

Бассейн небольшой, но очень чистый, с прозрачной водой. Отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть и сделать красивые фотографии и видео.

До пляжа идти совсем недалеко. Кроме того, у отеля есть собственная пляжная зона, куда регулярно организуют бесплатный трансфер, что очень удобно.

Спасибо всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых! С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Very clean. Supportive staff. Lots of facilities including gym, pool, spa, etc. Breakfast was excellent.

В целом нам всё очень понравилось. Отель оставил приятные впечатления. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера Алену. Она всегда была очень внимательной, отзывчивой и готовой помочь по любому вопросу. Очень приятная девушка.

Также рекомендую посетить спа. Там работает замечательная массажистка из Таиланда. К сожалению, не запомнили её имя, но массаж был прекрасным.

Все сотрудники отеля были доброжелательными и создавали комфортную атмосферу. Номер тоже понравился, всё было чисто и удобно.

До пляжа пешком около 15–20 минут, но каждые два часа ходит трансфер от отеля и обратно, поэтому это не доставляло неудобств.это отличный городской отель с хорошим сервисом и приятным персоналом.
