The property is obviously severely understaffed, so there is nobody available to address problems.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location of the property and the breakfast. The amenities in the room were acceptable.

Cons:

Safety and cleanliness of our suite did not seem to be a priority at all even after several discussions and complaints to staff and managers. We had broken glass, not caused by us, in our room that was not cleaned up and staff refused to clean or help us clean it up. One front desk staff member, Jenny, was very rude when we asked why the glass hadn’t been cleaned up while we were gone all day. It makes me think twice about staying here again as safety just really didn’t seem important to the staff.

Pros:

It was very nice. Decor was beautiful, pool was great, they even provided floatie rings to lounge in and the staff was top notch. Very helpful and very friendly

Pros:

Everything. Location , quietness of the area, away from highway noise, grat rooms great beds and pillows. The kitchen in the rooms was wonderful.
This place has longterm residents so it is very well kept.

Cons:

The quality of breakfast hot meals could be better. The rest was great!
