Pros:

Friendly staff and very conveniently located

Cons:

Fridge in room sounded like a generator when running. Shower wall had long hair stuck to it, prior to our use

Adequate, with friendly personnel at desk and cafe. No amenities to buy (needed a toothbrush).
Pros:

I liked its layout, with a great cafe/coffee shop and jacuzzi & friendly folk. Easy walk from town.

Cons:

Room was VERY sparsely decorated with no color. There was virtually no artwork on walls or rugs or accents like pillows or blankets to make it cozy. Felt bare and cold.

Facility is deeply outdated. Think 1979. Additionally, rooms have no phone so there is no ability to contact front desk.

We had a fabulous time!
Pros:

We were traveling with another family and this place was so great for kids! The play room, all the play toys in the cafe and in the courtyard were perfect for our crew. We enjoyed the hot tub and the food and the ease of the rooms. It was such a great weekend, I highly recommend.

Cons:

It's a bit worn around the edges, it's not a new building and the decor is older. But the comfort of the stay was what matters and we were very comfortable.

Great Location, plenty of amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, had a chorizo burrito. The restaurant was clean and service quick. Great location, close to downtown, but distant enough to be quiet. The kitchen was stocked with minimal plates, cups, utensils, etc. good enough for our stay. The refrigerator was a big plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed mattress needs a replacement, worn and soft. The temperature controls were confusing for the air and heat, two different controls, never able to adjust to a comfortable room. Electric pot in the room to heat water and there was instant coffee, would like k cup coffee pot.

The beds were so comfortable! We all fell asleep quickly after a long day of adventuring.
Pros:

The location was close to the ferry and easy to find. There was a lot within walking distance, including church. We enjoyed that!

Cons:

Our family of 8 needed two rooms, and they weren't right next door even though we booked quite early.

Perfect place for a short visit to Friday Harbor
Pros:

Semi-private outdoor sitting area looking into greenery. Shuttle service very helpful when carrying luggage while location was very easy walk to ferry and downtown amenities.

Cons:

Upstairs neighbors a bit noisy

We needed more towels and toilet paper, they don’t stick the room, even with an extra blanket. We had to go to the lobby

It was in a great area and two rooms was nice

Cons:

The beds are old, not comfortable at all. Housekeeping doesn’t come every day and no one mentioned that.
