Great location. Quiet. Hot tub. Clean, comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

The layout of the room in Booking showed 2 separate bedrooms in the suite we booked, but one of the beds was in the living room.

We had a great time on thi island, and this was a great place to come home to each day.
Pros:

First of all, crazy hallways! IYKYK.
Great breakfast choices. (FYI, not included, nor should they be!)
Spacious room.

Cons:

Uphill trek with luggage from the ferry to the hotel. Nobody’s fault!

Pros:

Location, bed, pillows. The restaurant was outstanding!

Cons:

Cleanliness, especially the bathroom tile disgusting. The hot tube had so much chlorine it gave off a vapor that burned my lungs.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas.
L'insonorisation des chambres qui n'était pas bonne.
Il n'y avait pas de quoi cuisiner dans la chambre

Would stay here again! Lovely walk to town and a very quiet location.
Pros:

Towels, sheets, fridge, kitchen area.....

Cons:

When booking on Booking.com there was confusion on the set up of the room. We could have reserved one - two bedroom king to cover our party of 5 since there was a roll away in the closet. We could have saved quite a bit of money.

I love that it was like my own little apartment. It was nice to relax in the living area in the evening before turning into bed.

Cons:

There is it any food convenient to this hotel. The walk to get from it from the ferry is all uphill. Restaurants are before you start uphill so you have to go down and come back up to find someplace to eat.

Pros:

The rooms are spacious and kitchen was great addition, even if its only had fridge and microwave and Kerug coffee maker and kettle. Not really good staffed, but 2 people can manage. Free parking. Good towels and even small amenities and iron. Like the coffee in the lobby all day and self help to extra towels and toilet paper.

Cons:

The Staff is absolutely not train to handle guests (except Elizabeth, who was knowledgeable and helpful). 3 other Receptionists didn't know anything we ask about the island. You call front desk, no one answers. Few times we came after long day of hiking and there was no one at the front desk (around 6 pm, not after 11, when they go home). The islands transports are by ferry and no one at the reception gives your instructions when you come with a car and register for parking, to make reservations to get of the island. If you don't know to make reservations, you can get stranded another day, miss your flight and get really stressed.
Overall, the rooms are huge, but not really clean. They try to make it nice for us with bottle of wine and free breakfast, but we lost a day, needed another hotel on main land, so it wasn't an equal compensation, because their hotel is pretty expensive and pre-paid with no refunds.

Redelijk hotel, spartaans ingerichte kamers.
Pros:

Op loopafstand van het centrum, een bakkerij naast de luchthaven en aan het begin van de scenic route.

Cons:

Slechts 1 slaapkamer had airco, niet beide slaapkamers. De meubels zijn spartaans en slechts 2 stoeltjes op het balkon voor 4 personen. Ook was er van alles te weinig in de kitchenette, 3 vorken, 2 lepels, 2 messen etc. Geen usb oplaadpunten in de grote kamers.
Ook ligt het hotel direct naast de aanvliegroute van de kleine vliegtuigjes, dus van zonsopgang tot zonsondergang vliegen ze langs het hotel. Wij konden ze bijna aanraken. Voor onze zoons geweldig, maar misschien niet voor iedereen.

I would not stay here again. I would try another hotel in Friday Harbor.
Pros:

Good Location. Good bed.

Cons:

No phone in the rooms. Heater was broken. Toilet needed plunging. No room light in bedroom. Partying on 2nd floor above me after 12 midnight by 8 high school girls and boys. I went up to investigate and found them in the hall. No monitoring or security.
