Pros:

I liked that your hotel room was bigger than I expected (it even had some chairs, a desk, and even pillows!) Also, the location was next to many destinations that I could easily go to like Barton Springs Pool. At night, the hotel was relatively quiet and the bed was soft and comfortable to ensure me a good sleep. Great Job!

Very bad experience

Cons:

Bad service in regards to towels
Very hard and brittle and some towels had hair from someone else
Also, all exterior doors make loud bang noise when closing due to the type of hardware and style of doors

We will be staying here again!
Pros:

Maria at the front desk was great! We checked in quickly and she gave us all the info we needed regarding hotel amenities.

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped but still comfortable and clean.
