I liked the location as we can easily reach TAKSIM square. The staffs behaviour is nice. Room they keep very clean all.the time...but...
But...we booked.two standard rooms and I dont think it is worth for that price. Because they construct a bathroom inside the room space that too it doesn't have got a proper door. They provide a sliding door which doesn't close properly. We can see from outside if some one sit on the closet and the smell comes out for some time. There was.no exaust fan I believe. I cant see...also bathroom partition is with glass...very strange and when you stand near the glass door we can see everything from outside. The shower area is only 60CM wide which is not at all a standard one a person cant stay there and take bath comfortably. There was no cupboards inside the room. There is no mirror inside the room. We have to go to that bathroom which doesnt have proper light inside. Also in the standard.rooms the AC is not at all.cooling. two days we were just sleeping on that flloor.below the AC louver so that at least we get some air atleast as there is no other ventilation. The third day they arranged a single suit room for four of us. Whch was good in space but bathroom is the same poor quality like we had in the standard rooms. I dont recommend if they dont address these issues otherwise it is good.

Not much to like
First of all you need to know that despite the location of the hotel which is 3 minutes away from taxim square but the hotel located downhill that is very difficult to walk those minutes especially with family, kids and strollers.
Second, there is no one at the reception many days during the night and after 12:00 despite hotel door remains open all the time.You feel unsafe in your room like horror movie, anybody can enter the hotel and come upstairs.
The receptionist men speak English on basis of 2 out of 10. Their English language is very bad and when you asked them something they told you we don't understand sorry !
The services is bad. We asked for blanket from Day one and we got it on day 3.
The electricity shut down on our last day for more than an hour and it's summer !!
The room itself is extra outdated and the bathroom is made of glasses not walls so when you have a bath, your companion can see you !
Cleaniess is average , and the breakfast is average ..
Not worth even a star, very very bad experience don't go there at all.
Доступная локация как пешком, как и на транспорте. Сам отель небольшой, номера маленькие, но есть гель, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, мыло, ватные палочки и диски. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Есть телевизор, чайник и холодильник. Завтрак небольшой, готовят омлет или яичницу, если попросить, так были вареные яйца, три вида сыра, один колбасы, помидоры и огурцы, хлеб, мало, сыр плавленый и несколько видов намазок. Персонал очень старается помочь в решении проблем, о них расскажу ниже.
Плохо ловит вайфай на этажах (но он нам не был нужен, свой интернет был); плохая звукоизоляция. Если шумные соседи, спать сложно. Окна вроде закрываются, но шум дороги слышно (нам было нормально, друзья не могли уснуть). Ну и в самом номере дверь в ванну закрывается неплотно и поэтому всё слышно.
