Just a nightmare!
Pros:

Not much to like

Cons:

First of all you need to know that despite the location of the hotel which is 3 minutes away from taxim square but the hotel located downhill that is very difficult to walk those minutes especially with family, kids and strollers.

Second, there is no one at the reception many days during the night and after 12:00 despite hotel door remains open all the time.You feel unsafe in your room like horror movie, anybody can enter the hotel and come upstairs.

The receptionist men speak English on basis of 2 out of 10. Their English language is very bad and when you asked them something they told you we don't understand sorry !

The services is bad. We asked for blanket from Day one and we got it on day 3.

The electricity shut down on our last day for more than an hour and it's summer !!

The room itself is extra outdated and the bathroom is made of glasses not walls so when you have a bath, your companion can see you !

Cleaniess is average , and the breakfast is average ..

Not worth even a star, very very bad experience don't go there at all.

Pros:

Доступная локация как пешком, как и на транспорте. Сам отель небольшой, номера маленькие, но есть гель, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, мыло, ватные палочки и диски. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Есть телевизор, чайник и холодильник. Завтрак небольшой, готовят омлет или яичницу, если попросить, так были вареные яйца, три вида сыра, один колбасы, помидоры и огурцы, хлеб, мало, сыр плавленый и несколько видов намазок. Персонал очень старается помочь в решении проблем, о них расскажу ниже.

Cons:

Плохо ловит вайфай на этажах (но он нам не был нужен, свой интернет был); плохая звукоизоляция. Если шумные соседи, спать сложно. Окна вроде закрываются, но шум дороги слышно (нам было нормально, друзья не могли уснуть). Ну и в самом номере дверь в ванну закрывается неплотно и поэтому всё слышно.

موظف الاستقبال و العمال رائعين فعلا

عند الوصول للغرفة اضطررت بتغييرها لأن المكيف لا يعمل و دفعت مبلغ إضافي مع أنه ليس خطاي و لم تتوفر ثلاجة في الغرفة الأخرى و اليوم الثاني انقطعت الكهرباء أكثر من 5 ساعات كانت تجربة سيئة جدا مع أن الموظفين ودودون جدا

Great Staff. Excellent location.
I enjoyed their outside tables, great atmosphere.

Cons:

The air conditioning seamed to be old and wasn't functioning well, made the hot nights uncomfortable.
The staff however suggested to move to a different room which was way better

Pros:

Room was great and cozy. Great view from room 502. Breakfast was great. A/C worked perfectly.
