Elan Hotel

I would like to share my experience at this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast — it was absolutely delicious!
Chef Sabre is especially kind and welcoming. He always greets guests with a big smile, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere every morning. The breakfast options were tasty and varied, and I truly enjoyed every meal.
Highly recommended!

Elan Hotel Istanbul is conveniently located in the Beyoğlu area; just a 5-minute walk to Galata Tower, 200 meters to the metro, and close to the Beyoğlu Tunnel. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The washrooms were very clean. We stayed for two nights and received room service during our stay.
However, the room was quite compact, with a very small sink, and there were some visible damages on the walls. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly.
The breakfast was not very impressive, so I’d recommend booking without the breakfast option since there are plenty of great spots to eat nearby. Overall, our stay was pleasant despite a few shortcomings.

Elan hotel is a excellent choice. The location is near everywhere. It’s very close to Galata Tower, Karaköy, the Galata bridge and Eminönü.
When it comes to the hotels stuff. I must say that they are very hospitable. The way I’m used to when it comes to Turkey. The service is great and the breakfast is amazing. You will have a typical Turkish breakfast,which we love.
We had a room for 4 people. And it was plenty of space and comfortable beds. The only thing is that you hear the noice from the street. It will be solved with just an earplugs.
Last but not least, I want to say that Uğur bey at the reception is a very service minded, genuine and hospitable person. He helped us a lot! We are so grateful to him.
We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we come to Istanbul. Thank you Elan Hotel!

We stayed 9 days in this hotel, here is positive and negetives points:
Positive points:
best location, 200 meters to Sishane metro station,line M2.
Daily room service
Breakfast was complete, different kinds of cheese, sausage and etc, recharching any thing runs out.
Responsible Manager
Helpful employees, good manner, especially reception guys and Serhat.
Clean rooms.
Safe street for night walking.
supermarket is near the hotel.
Negetive points:
Small room
Only 1 water for the first day. The next days you have to pay for water.
You can buy 5 litre water for 35 lira from the super market nearby.
No slippery in bathroom. You have to bring with yourself.
Dark rooms needed more lamps especially for women's make up :)
I had problem with safe box and they didn't fix it at all.
But finally , I will stay in this hotel again 100%

It is a top 3-star hotel. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping service of the hotel and the behavior of the staff were very good.
The self-service breakfast had good quality and variety.
The location of the hotel is excellent and access to the metro station is only 10 minutes.
Distance to Esteghlal St. 10 minutes

DO NOT TRUST THE PICS ! The hotel is nothing like this. The rooms are really small and the dining room is nothing like in the pics . Besides , the curtains were dirty, we found a spider in them and the room smelled dusty . But the worst is that the team is highly unprofessional. We stayed for 7 days and on our last day the receptionist exhibited impolite and unprofessional behavior. We had settled our payment on themorning, but when we attempted to leave in the afternoon, they refused to let us go and even closed the door on us. The man accused us of not paying and adamantly refused to engage in a discussion or listen to our explanations. His tone was aggressive, and he was literally yelling. It's important to note that we were not the only ones who had problems with this hotel. On the same day, other travelers encountered similar issues. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. There are certainly better options available nearby.

Great Location - Polite and caring staff - The price is more reasonable than other Hotels - Good breakfast - It was like I was in my own house- Most importantly, the owner of the hotel was very friendly and kind and often visited the hotel to take care of matters😊

The worst hotel that I ever seen
1- The reception was so rude
2- The room was very small
3- The restroom fan was broken
4- There wasn't any safe box in room
5- The bathroom water cut off sometimes
6- There was lack of variety in breakfast everyday

+Staffs are friendly.
+Perfect location near istiklala st and shishane metro station.

- I don’t recommend the Economy rooms on the first floor. I asked them to change my room.
Standard rooms are better.
The is no view throughout the window for standard and economy rooms.

Es war Hervorragend, Preisliche Leistung sehr gut für so eine super Lage und nettes Personal. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich war mehr als zufrieden.

Actually it is a very good hotel as a 3 stars hotel
I have stayed for 7 nights with my wife
Standard rooms are quite small
AC is good
They have free Wi-Fi
The breakfast is the same everyday which is boring thing and food quality is just ok
The people there are very helpful you can get a SIM Card directly from the reception for 240 TL which is cheaper than from outside
The Hotel is very close to one of the most beautiful streets and must seen in Istanbul “ Istklal St”
Also the hotel is very close to Metro and bus station - less than 5 minutes waking-
At all I have enjoyed my stay there.

The worst hotel you can go to. Very dirty. Worst breakfast. Very rude staff. Terrible air conditioning.You can experience the worst hotel in the world at Elan Hotel.Please don't ever come to this hotel. It can be your worst experience

My experience of staying at Elan hotel

Good points:
- great location: only 5 min to sishane metro station, 2 min to Istiklal street, 15 min to Taksim square and 10 min to Galata tower)
- polite, responsible & kind staffs.
- buffet breakfast: everyday from 8 AM to 10 AM
- room facilities: safebox, towels, slippers, hairdryer, tea maker, private bath & toiletries, TV and minibar.
- daily room service (cleaning, charging shampoo & soap everyday)
- room view: beautiful view of city
- safe hotel with trusted staff

Weak point:
- Wi-Fi: internet at room was teribble and only the internet at lobby could be used !!!!!!!

In gereral, I recommend this hotel to couples due to its excellent location and silence.

This is a great hotel with very nice location .

Rooms are ok and clean . Hospitality is great. Reception staff and manager are cooperative and helpful .

Really enjoyed our stay and definitely next time it would be elan for sure.

Don’t be fooled by the photosy, everything in this hotel makes a terrible noise, from the doors, toilet flushes, personnel at the breakfasts, aircon… terrible Service, unhelpful staff, poor breakfast, small rooms with a terrible layout that you have to squeeze yourself between doors to go to the toilet or the cupboard or the window. The rooms look to a construction site, with so much noise the whole day

Unskilled personel was annoying at this hotel, very small rooms and awfull WC.
The breakfast was very poor.
Elevator is very small and annoying.
I will not come back again at this hotel , never ever!
Furniture is very old and spoiled.
Rooms with number xx3 are terrible.
Just room 801 has view and all good pics from this room.
