Excellent location, but the hotel itself needs significant updates to match its advertised rating.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation all within walking distance. It made it very easy to get around Seoul and explore the area.

Cons:

The hotel felt quite old, and the room was dated and could have been cleaner and better maintained. In my opinion, it did not feel like a 4-star hotel and was closer to a 2- or 3-star standard.

Pros:

スタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。
ホテルとは関係ないところで色々なトラブルに見舞われてしまったのですが、ホテルのスタッフの皆様が助けてくれたおかげで本当に助かりました。
素晴らしい人たちばかりです。

日本語を話せるスタッフがいるのも良かったです。
施設のロケーションや綺麗さも申し分なかったです。
