Bann One Love

We booked 2 bedrooms/family sound good? but not at all. There is only 1 A/C and shared in 2 rooms....How!!? We suffered from heat all night long. it's summer in Thailand. Never again....
However grandma who help us checked in, she was super sweet and location is good, near all temples and site seeing.

３泊4日このホテルにいましたが1人スタッフ日本語少し喋れる方居ます、他の方はタイ語なので翻訳使えばコミュニケーション取れます！
ホテルの下に食堂があり米は日本米と似てた、ガパオ、オムレツ？それを食べたんだがとにかく美味しい、外れ料理ないんちゃうかなって思う！
宿泊金も安くお手軽、おすすめホテル！

Good location , short walk to a grocery store, archeological sites, parks and night market. The host provided items we asked .
Front desk short hours is the major disadvantage if you are coming after 7 pm or leaving early .

一つ星HOTELとしては、最高だが、1階の共用トイレの、清潔感がない。
宿のスタッフは、親切です。
低予算の時は是非泊まりたい。

No room cleaning every day

Very comfortable room and incredible service. They took care of me from beginning to end. The food is great as well!
It’s right next to the temples also, so you can go there from the hotel for a walk, enjoy the cafe overlooking them, and enjoy some live music in the evening.

Trop petite chambre et salle de bain qui sentait la mort. En couple c'est pas top top.....Quand on paie l'équivalent du département du Doubs on espère un peu mieux.....Le seul avantage de cet hôtel c'est la proximité des temples principaux.....Le personnel ne pense qu'au restaurant,à vendre des excursions. .... Lit en béton et wi fi en chambre désastreux. C'est une chambre qui ne vaut pas plus de l'équivalent de l'Aveyron

It was a nice stay. We had a bungalow and it was perfect for us.

La estancia fue tan terrible, que tuvimos que cambiar de hotel
Por error de transporte, llegamos en la madrugada del día de reserva. Pedimos si podían darnos habitación y pagábamos la diferencia y accedieron a darnos una habitación temporal DEL STAFF.
La cama estaba dura y el baño fuera y compartido.
Por la tarde, quisimos cambiarnos a la habitación POR LA QUE HABÍAMOS PAGADO, y de forma MUY grosera nos dijeron que para cambiarnos teníamos que pagar una diferencia. Les comentamos que no pagamos por habitación de STAFF y nos dijeron que ahí nos teníamos que quedar. El jefe en turno nos ignoró y arrancó los letreros de HABITACION DE STAFF del cuarto.
Por la noche, el recepcionista nocturno accedió a cambiarnos de habitación. Nos cambió a una habitación con cama extremadamente dura, el baño era fuera compartido (algo que jamás explica la descripción del hotel) y no tenía luz.
Al día siguiente, despertamos y todo el cuarto y las maletas estaban llenos de hormigas.
No pudimos más y decidimos cambiarnos de hotel. PÉSIMO servicio.

la habitación no estaba en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Tenía un chicle pegado en el borde de la cama, las sabanas no estaban 100% bien. El baño el cual es compartido, perdía agua al usar la canilla del lavado. Había arañas en la escalera para llegar a las habitaciones. En general, sería mejor lugar si prestaran atención a la limpieza y mantenimiento

Good Guesthouse

実際回るところは、少し行かないとないので、自転車を借りるのがベスト。
また駅から少し遠かったり川を渡ったりしなければならなくて、少し面倒。
立地的にはそこまでよくはない。
またクーラーが無い。
一応Wi-Fi環境はある。

スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで居心地が良かったです。

The hotel is in a "new" road. Have your map from reservation handy. They were welcoming. Was shown to a "superior" room and soon I found it had not been cleaned. After complaining my room was changed and was given the "standard" room that I had booked. That room had a clean bed even though it was in a nook and had to climb over it to get into. The tv was very small and solidly mounted facing a small round table. Did not bother turning it on. AC was good, small fridge and bottled water. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels which were supplied very quickly. The staff does everything needed and it was clear that room housekeeping was not a favored chore. The shower was located so that the whole bath got wet when showering. The restaurant offered breakfast after 8 am, and the food was overall more expensive that in nearby restaurants. The street was very quiet and there was a sign advising about stray dogs. Did not get bothered by any strays. There are bikes and motos available for rent, prices higher than offered around. To visit the sites you need transport. Did not spend much time in the room, used it for showering and sleeping. Wi-Fi was good.

J'ai réservé ce guest house en tenant compte des commentaires et du prix. Au final il ne reste que le prix d'intéressant. La bâtiment et la chambre ne posent pas problème mais quand on recherche un accueil chaleureux et la possibilité d'avoir d'avoirs des échanges entre autres voyageurs mais également avec le personnel on peut être déçu du résultat. Le responsable (je pense) est un homme hyper pressé que n'a que l'argent au bout des yeux, il n'y a pas de réel lieu commun pour se rencontrer entre voyageurs. La partie salle à manger est complète de clients de l'extérieur à chaque repas. Ce n'est ni convivial, ni intéressant du point de vue emplacement (environ 45 minutes à pieds de la gare si vous marchez bien) et les chauffeurs de took took font le pieds du grue devant l'hôtel. Point positifs, prix, WIFI et les lits pas si mal.
