Pros:

Великолепный отель. Прекрасные большие номера. Очень уютно, очень атмосферно.
Самый лучший хозяин отеля Осман, который заранее написал письмо, в котором рассказал что мы сможем увидеть в Кападокии. Помог нам забронировать полет на воздушном шаре. Когда мы приехали, встретил, все показал, еще раз подробно рассказал, что посмотреть. Это очень важно,когда вы в городе первый раз.
Очень вкусные, хорошие завтраки в отеле.
Прекрасное обслуживание, в номерах очень чисто, удобная большая кровать. Удобное расположение отеля и если вы на машине, то есть большая стоянка.
Я очень рекомендую всем этот отель.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente, localização top, um rooftop com uma vista linda para a cidade onde vc pode ficar olhando o por do sol ou o nascer dele com os balões ao fundo.

We absolutely loved the host and his personality. They helped us with our luggage and served us tea. He showed us a map of the area and options for visiting. The room was VERY large and beautiful. We absolutely loved.

Amazing place to stay.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. The room was a authentic cosy cave with its own Hamman. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always making sure you were happy. Great rooftop bar with spectacular view of Gerome and walking distance to the centre for meals. Perfect location.

Отличный отель! Чистый и уютный номер в пещере, удобное расположение и приятная атмосфера. Есть парковка для авто. Отель расположен в самом центре. Персонал вежливый, всегда готов помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Заселение прошло быстро, никаких проблем во время проживания не возникло. Остались только положительные впечатления. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

Essa acomodação é muito especial! Fomos muuito bem recebidos pelo Osman e toda a equipe do hotel, nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa. Osman é muito especial e passamos horas conversando com ele. O quarto caverna era enorme e muito confortável. O café da manhã era extremamente variado e podiamos pedir ovos e outras coisas que eram feitas na hora, sem contar que a qualquer momento do dia podíamos tomar café, chás, sucos.. uma delícia!

素敵な洞窟ホテル

オスマンさんには、大変お世話になりました。
諦めかけてた気球ツアーを、気球会社に掛け合って頂いて乗る事ができました。
良かったー！。
お部屋も素敵なインテリアで、冷蔵庫の中はサービスの水やジュースやお菓子。
絨毯の敷かれたテラスも見晴らしが良く、お茶やオレンジジュースを無料で出してくれて、とてもリラックスできました。
テラスに遊びに来る猫も可愛いかった。

Cons:

部屋の内側から鍵を開けられない事。
一人が中で昼寝をしている時、もう一人が外出して、中で閉じ込められてしまいました。

Ubicación y atención inmejorable
Pros:

Nos alojamos cuatro días, fue una estadía increíble muy cómoda en la habitación cueva, el hotel es precioso en todo sentido, pero lo hace aún más especial Osman y su familia, que realmente ponen todo para guiarte, acompañarte y atenderte. Se toman el tiempo de explicarte en todos los idiomas posibles, no tratan de venderte nada adicional al contrario sus indicaciones son muy útiles. Disfrutamos mucho de la terraza en diferentes actividades, leyendo, jugando en familia o simplemente viendo el atardecer con alguna bebida que te ofrecen gratis.

Cons:

Todo me gusto, incluso la habitación cueva te hace dormir y descansar aún mejor.
