口コミ通りホテルの人がみんな親切でした。オーナーのオスマンさんは予約をしたら直ぐに連絡をくれ、またホテルに着いてからも日本語を交えながらツアーの説明や予約をしてくれてとても優しいです。ほかのスタッフの方も優しく、朝食も美味しかったです。特に生搾りオレンジジュースは最高でした。おかげでとても楽しめました。
ちなみに日本人は日本語ガイドさんをつけるのがおすすめ。地下都市とかは歴史の説明を聞けて本当に面白かった。

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. If you were looking for an authentic experience in Cappadocia, I would highly recommend staying here. Osman the host, is super kind and helped us plan all of our excursions. The breakfast is great and the hotel room was really nice.
We have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, but this was the best!
The hospitality by the staffs is extremely good. Food spread , atmosphere and near to amenities with available parking lots was also and add plus to the experience. You can see balloons in the morning. 7.30am - 8.30am. (If wheather is favourable for the balloons to fly)
If anyone would like to take the hot air balloon, be advised it cost at a range of 60-300 euro per pax, and it is also subject to wheather conditions.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this unique boutique hotel! And, we would highly recommend it.
The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The suite that we stayed in as a group of five people was spacious, charming, and well appointed. The views from the common areas were spectacular especially at night. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and one could also order eggs on the side.

Osman is an outstanding host with many pleasant stories to tell. He is a native who has very valuable information about the area, he recommended all our adventures, and they were all excellent experiences. Extremely friendly individual, knows many languages so the chances of him speaking yours is very likely. Always willing to help, whether it is a tour, what to do in town or transportation, he is the guy. Hotel staff is support friendly and extremely attentive who served our every need, from preparing the delicious breakfast buffet to every choice of coffee or tea that we desired at any time of the day. We received the best attention ever, more than any 4+ star hotel we have ever stayed in. Osman made our Cappadocia stay very unique, enjoyed every minute of his story telling… Highly recommend this lovely hotel, staying in it is a must.
The location of the hotel is amazing as you are in the town centre, but not in the chaos, a good few houses away in a quiet location. We adored the rooftop with carpets and stunning view - all is available whenever you want. Photos are amazing. The staff is cool too, one of the owners speaks many languages and can tell you interesting stories about the local culture, traditions etc. The owners offered their help when we were moving away and offered a lift to our family for free. AH, the breakfast is really cool. We stayed in several locations in Turkey and this one was one of the bests, as it had a variety of choice, warm omelettes, coffee, and lots of other local things I could not even mention as I have no idea how they are called. Thank you for your hospitality!
Internet constantly asked for logins, it could be fixed so that once it is activated it stays active for several days. In our case, it was off each time we would return home, and we would need to re-login. And since the login process is a bit of a hustle (you need to have the passport number with you), this was a bit frustrating. As an IT company employee I would say there should be an easy fix for that, especially because we have seen other hotels managed to keep the Wifi connection through the whole stay without re-asking for details.
Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Göreme. Würde sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen wenn ich in Kappadokien bin. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Osman ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön und sauber und das Frühstück war wie 1001 Nacht.
