Pros:

口コミ通りホテルの人がみんな親切でした。オーナーのオスマンさんは予約をしたら直ぐに連絡をくれ、またホテルに着いてからも日本語を交えながらツアーの説明や予約をしてくれてとても優しいです。ほかのスタッフの方も優しく、朝食も美味しかったです。特に生搾りオレンジジュースは最高でした。おかげでとても楽しめました。
ちなみに日本人は日本語ガイドさんをつけるのがおすすめ。地下都市とかは歴史の説明を聞けて本当に面白かった。

The staff were wonderful, they always asks you if you need anything. They helped us arrange books, were knowledgeable on the area, and they were great resources, as well as great hosts. I recommend this hotel to everyone and you will be happy !

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. If you were looking for an authentic experience in Cappadocia, I would highly recommend staying here. Osman the host, is super kind and helped us plan all of our excursions. The breakfast is great and the hotel room was really nice.
We have stayed in many hotels in Turkey, but this was the best!

The hospitality by the staffs is extremely good. Food spread , atmosphere and near to amenities with available parking lots was also and add plus to the experience. You can see balloons in the morning. 7.30am - 8.30am. (If wheather is favourable for the balloons to fly)

Cons:

If anyone would like to take the hot air balloon, be advised it cost at a range of 60-300 euro per pax, and it is also subject to wheather conditions.

Это самый красивый и гостеприимный отель на свете. Самый.
Осман и вся его команда очень хорошие, гостеприимные люди. Помогали, подсказывали, знакомили с местными людьми, в общем, делали все, чтобы наш отдых был запоминающимся.
Каждую ночь пить чай до 2 часов ночи за разговорами это многого стоит!
Каппадокия - это не шары. Каппадокия - это люди. Прекрасные люди.❤️
Благодаря этому месту, Каппадокия в нашем сердце.
Мы обязательно вернемся.
