Come essere a casa!
Pros:

Osman il proprietario è una persona squisita disponibile, sempre pronto per qualsiasi consiglio. Parla italiano e altre 7/8 lingue perfettamente! Ci ha organizzato i giorni in Cappadocia con guida e supportandoci in tutte le nostre necessità. Eravamo due adulti con tre ragazzi. A qualsiasi ora potevamo sempre contare su di lui e su una bibita o un chai. Panorama stupendo dalla terrazza dove abbiamo anche trascorso albe con le mongolfiere e serate con cielo stellato. Vista perfetta sul panorama è comodissimo a piedi al centro. Consigliatissimo. Stanze spaziose, ben curate. Anche la colazione merita, con tantissime specialità sia dolci che salate. Le serate più belle sono state quelle con le conversazioni con Osman. Ringraziamo tanto anche il papà che ci ha guidati per la Cappadocia. Un abbraccio a Osman e alla sua famiglia, torneremo presto!

Thank you Osman for your kind hospitality. The communication has been fantastic from the beginning once I got my booking confirmation. All of our needs were catered for for a family of 5 which included three children. The cave hotel was beautiful and we had the most amazing views of hot air balloons from the hotel terrace.
A special thank you to uncle (Osman's dad) for being a wonderful guide to our tour.

Great experience, i would definitely will recommend, you will not be disappointed
Pros:

Great location and service, breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Osman was very helpful, and make us feel at home, he arranged another Balloon flight on the next day as our original was cancelled due to weather, he also provided us with multiple tour options for things to do, we choose a tour guide for a family of 5, our guide Hasan, Osman’s father a certified tour guide gave us a personalized tour, we went over the whole valley, red river, tallest castle, underground city, church carved in caves, love valley, and many other places in a van with air conditioner. Overall the experience in Capadoccia was exceptional, we experienced local food and visit all the main attractions.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had a very good time at the Vineyard Cave Hotel

Sistemazione eccezionale nel centro di Goreme
Pros:

Struttura bellissima nel centro di Goreme. Camera ampia e ospitale, con bagno provvisto di vasca angolare. Colazione con varie scelte e bevande sempre disponibili tutto il giorno. Staff eccezionale, con Osman il poliglotta a fornire tutto l'aiuto possibile.

El mejor trato posible
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. Sobre todo el trato de los empleados y en especial de Osman. Facilita mucho que habla un perfecto español. Tuvimos un pequeño percance que se quedó en susto y él se encargó de gestionarnos un taxi que nos hiciera de intérprete en el hospital. Es todo amabilidad. Un crack. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Además llegamos temprano antes de que estuviera lista la habitación y nos invitó a desayunar mientras esperábamos.

Cons:

Nada. Dormir en una cueva es una experiencia fantástica.

首先，这里的员工都非常温柔、热情有耐心，气质有一位会说一些中文，能看出来用心学了，对中国人很友善。
其次，早餐很丰盛，负责准备的女士很有耐心，想喝什么都能帮忙续杯。
最后，房间很宽敞，连提供的洗浴用品气味都很好闻，露台就和图片中的一样美。

La struttura perfetta per sentirsi a casa
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Ospitalità eccellente e camera davvero tipica e sorprendente. Il prioritario e il personale sono molto disponibili e ti fanno sentire a casa sin da subito (sanno parlare bene inglese e addirittura l’italiano). La terrazza è spettacolare e consente di avere una vista panoramica sulla città e sulle mongolfiere. Il centro è a due passi dalla struttura, quindi ristoranti e negozi sono a portata di mano.

Nous avons passé une belle nuit, courte mais magique! Osmane est chaleureux, accueillant, soucieux du bien etre et du confort ses hôtes! Incredible stay
Pros:

Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff is also the most friendliest and hospitable you will find anywhere! Great breakfast set up every morning, including made to order eggs. Fresh juice, water tea, coffee, all times through out the day. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Also have him book the private tour of the area for you! Incredible price for hours of one on one guidance and history.
