Superbe séjour à Goreme avec vol en montgolfière magnifique.....
Pros:

.Petit déjeuner varié, tres bien présenté.. chambre voutée douillette, grande salle de bain avec douche. Très bon accueil de mr.Osman dont on a apprécié le français, nous a bien conseillé et surtout rendu un énorme service en nous renvoyant des objets personnels en suisse. Un grand merci de votre serviabilté Mr.Osman... l hotel est tout proche de la petite ville charmante de Goreme coup d 'oeil superbe sur les montgolfières le dernier matin depuis la terrasse.. merci aussi pour les sandwichs offerts. il y a quelques escaliers mais aussi des chambres au rez de chaussée

Beautiful stay
Pros:

Incredibly kind owners, really put in effort to make every individual guest feel welcome at their beautiful cave hotel. It looks beautiful being lit up at night and has an excellent view of the balloons in the morning. Fantastic breakfast.
We were able to store our luggage and pram upon departure which has been much appreciated.

Friendly, helpful, great host, central and great for balloon viewing.
Pros:

Great location, easy to access town and restaurants. Balloons flew DIRECTLY over when we were there,could almost touch them.
Osman was super helpful either way bookings from airport transfers to activities , but totally honest and not at all pushy.
Rooms warm, clean and very comfortable with fridge and kettle. Breakfast was amazing too.

Estadia perfeita. Uma ótima localização, com ótimas instalações. Terraço com vista incrível, café da manhã muito bom. Fomos muito bem recebidos, especialmente pelo Osman, um dos donos do hotel. Falando um bom português, nos ajudou com ótimas indicações na região e foi muito hospitaleiro

Amazing stay at Osman’s property! Highly recommend
Pros:

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and the « room » was actually two separate rooms. Very spacious and confortable.
Osman goes out of his way to make you feel home. He has a solution for everything , an answer to any question - fluently in several languages, it’s impressive! And everything with a smile and great jokes always in his pocket.
The view from the terrace is amazing to see all the town and the balloons in the morning.
Breakfast was delicious and so much food choice, loved it. Just keep in mind that there are some 60 stairs to get to the breakfast floor, in case people with reduced mobility issues.

Come essere a casa!
Pros:

Osman il proprietario è una persona squisita disponibile, sempre pronto per qualsiasi consiglio. Parla italiano e altre 7/8 lingue perfettamente! Ci ha organizzato i giorni in Cappadocia con guida e supportandoci in tutte le nostre necessità. Eravamo due adulti con tre ragazzi. A qualsiasi ora potevamo sempre contare su di lui e su una bibita o un chai. Panorama stupendo dalla terrazza dove abbiamo anche trascorso albe con le mongolfiere e serate con cielo stellato. Vista perfetta sul panorama è comodissimo a piedi al centro. Consigliatissimo. Stanze spaziose, ben curate. Anche la colazione merita, con tantissime specialità sia dolci che salate. Le serate più belle sono state quelle con le conversazioni con Osman. Ringraziamo tanto anche il papà che ci ha guidati per la Cappadocia. Un abbraccio a Osman e alla sua famiglia, torneremo presto!

Thank you Osman for your kind hospitality. The communication has been fantastic from the beginning once I got my booking confirmation. All of our needs were catered for for a family of 5 which included three children. The cave hotel was beautiful and we had the most amazing views of hot air balloons from the hotel terrace.
A special thank you to uncle (Osman's dad) for being a wonderful guide to our tour.

Great experience, i would definitely will recommend, you will not be disappointed
Pros:

Great location and service, breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Osman was very helpful, and make us feel at home, he arranged another Balloon flight on the next day as our original was cancelled due to weather, he also provided us with multiple tour options for things to do, we choose a tour guide for a family of 5, our guide Hasan, Osman’s father a certified tour guide gave us a personalized tour, we went over the whole valley, red river, tallest castle, underground city, church carved in caves, love valley, and many other places in a van with air conditioner. Overall the experience in Capadoccia was exceptional, we experienced local food and visit all the main attractions.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. We had a very good time at the Vineyard Cave Hotel
