We loved the property and the respectful way in which it has been restored.
We would have preferred to have a private little fridge inside the room. We would recommend adding more savoury options for breakfast (what is offered is of excellent quality anyways, but a few more savoury options would enhance the experience).
Nel cuore di Santu Lussurgiu, è un'isola di eleganza e passione. L'edificio è una sorta di riad, ristrutturato con gusto. Si cena e si fa colazione in uno stupendo giardino interno. Tutto ciò che viene servito a colazione e a cena è prodotto dalla cucina e proviene dal territorio circostante.
La colazione molto buona. Essendo intollerante al lattosio sono stati attenti e disponibili a preparare delle cose alternative
Per noi non è stato un problema perché avevamo una sola valigia ma consiglio a chi ha più bagagli di accettare il servizio di facchinaggio che viene offerto a 10 euro. Essendo un borgo antico, i vicoli presentano una pavimentazione irregolare e, per arrivare alla camera, ci sono un po' di scale

Das angebotene Abendessen klang sehr verlockend, entsprach aber nicht meinen Erwartungen und das Frühstück war sehr ärmlich gehalten. Außer dem Empfang war das gesamte Personal sehr gedankenlos und uninteressiert. Und wenn ich schon mit dem Weinkeller protze, die Weine erst bei 35 EUR anfangen und bis über 300 EUR gehen, dann sollte man mehr Service am Tisch verlangen können.
Tagsüber keinerlei Servicepersonal. Keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und dann die kleinen Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher, der aber nur mit Wasserfüllung fest stand. Und die schlechte Parplatzsituation.

This boutique hotel has a charming patio. Very good breakfast and high quality dinner from the local chef. All personal was professional and friendly.
The hotel actively promotes pro-Palestinian narrative by selling brochures full of incorrect and misleading information, selling goods and presenting posters with pro-Palestinian messages. All looks like a brainwash directed to the hotel guests. This is absolutely not appropriate for the tourist business.

The quaintness of staying in such a beautiful old building in a beautiful old village that has kept its heritage and culture in tact.
The evening meal was delicious however the wine list too expensive. The pasta cooking course again was very expensive and disappointing in that we didn’t get to eat what we had made.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft, die mit viel Liebe und Engagement geführt wird.
Wir haben einen sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service erlebt.
Im wunderbaren Innenhof haben wir mehrmals zu Abend gegessen, eine absolute Empfehlung von uns. Es wird jeden Abend ein anderes individuelles Menü (Slow food) zu einem fairen Preis angeboten.
Man hat die Möglichkeit nach Voranmeldung an 2-stündigen Kochkursen teilzunehmen. Können wir nur empfehlen.
Die Weinkarte hätte gerne weniger umfangreich sein dürfen. 16 Seiten mit teilweise hohen (bis vierstelligen Preisen) ohne nähere Beschreibung der Weine empfanden wir als zu viel des Guten.
Wir fänden es gut, sich auf regionale Sorten zu beschränken, dem Konzept von Antica Dimora folgend.
Kunststoff Becher im Bad statt Gläsern empfanden wir als nicht stimmig.
Wir wissen, das sind Kleinigkeiten, aber die machen bekanntlich den Unterschied.
