Location, views, it’s Donegal, staff friendly and warm welcome, short walk to various pubs in town. Short drive to Burton port (Aran Island), Gweedore etc. Hotel immaculate. Had dinner and breakfast excellent food. (Bridge Bar and Midway top two out of bars for atmosphere and food)

Great stay, great service, great staff, great area!
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed to build up a relationship with many of the hotel patrons and would follow up conversations the next day they saw them. They made you feel so welcome. Food and drink selection was great. Gym facilities top class. Hotel located in great location, only a few minutes walk from the town with lovely views over the waterfront.

Cons:

Minor complaint is that my room didn't have a bath tub. Staff still tried to accommodate this but were unable to due to hotel being booked up. Other than this, couldn't fault our stay.

Overall a great and happy experience
Pros:

Location exceptional. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were excellent. Our room which didn't have a sea view was very comfortable.

Cons:

Perhaps a swimming pool would have added to the whole experience
