Every facet of this place is excellent: staff is helpful and friendly, room was comfortable and clean, food was fabulous. Location is good for exploring northern Donegal. Highly recommend.

We ate here yesterday evening and had a reasonably nice meal - one recommendation would be to improve on the mash which was plain potatoes with no butter or salt - they were tasteless and the portion originally served was a tablespoon , I had to ask for more .

Small thing, the handwash is too high on wall for smaller ladies, maybe provide additional soap for us shorter ladies
Nice, clean and quieter
I found it strange in the bistro bar when I walked in for food and a drink at 5pm, I was questioned if I was a resident. I said I was and the waitress said I'll have to check if you can stay. Over all on both evenings I felt unwelcome in the bistro bar. I don't know why? Otherwise a nice hotel but I'll not be rushing back
The stunning location and views, staff were friendly and attentive, fabulous food. Cannot recommend enough this is our 3rd visit .

Would like not to have to check out at 11am. Most hotels are 12 noon
Excellent location, two minute walk into the Main Street of dungloe. Ideal for pubs etc. the room was brilliant, very clean. The staff were amazing. The gym is also brilliant, great selection of equipment

We had a lovely stay with the waterfront.
Our room was spacious and had everything we needed.
We had dinner and breakfast and couldn't fault a thing
The staff at dinner were very friendly and the manager was great fun
Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel from the reception, breakfast dinner, and cleaning staff.
We have no hesitation in coming back to spend a few days here
The staff were fantastic and exceptionally helpful however the rooms are very small, as were the beds. The hotel isn't accessible for wheelchair users at thw front at all and we had to go around and use the back entrance. I have to reiterate though that the staff were excellent.
The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere in the bar was great. The young bar staff looked like they were enjoying their work which I loved to see
