Pros:

It's a very nice hotel, the staff where very helpfull and polite. The room is like a normal house in Buenos Aires room, very clean and spacious. I could sleep very well without any noise from the street or from the building.
The localtion is perfect if you're walking since you're very closed to one of the principal street where you can find everything and also an area sorrounded by parks and nature.
I stayed there only for 2 nights.

Cons:

The elevator is only for 4 ppl max, and in the morning was always occupied for the housekeeping staff with the troleys, etc.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es fácil de acceder a servicios como el subte, farmacia, supermercados y restaurantes. El desayuno está completo. La limpieza realmente impecable. La cama es cómoda.

Cons:

Los cuartos tienen cortina blackout que no cierran bien, por lo cual apenas amanece ingresa luz al dormitorio y hay luz durante todo el día, no adecuado para un buen descanso. Cuando hicimos la reserva a través de booking, figuraba determinado precio, pero al momento de cobrarnos se nos hizo un cargo de casi USD 40 extra. Hice mi reclamo, pero nunca recibí respuesta por parte del alojamiento ni tampoco por parte de booking, motivo por el cual no volvería a reservar. Me pareció caro para lo que es el hotel.

Buena ubicación para lo que yo precisaba, pero desayuno y Wi-Fi a mejorar URGENTE
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, ya que elegí el hotel estratégicamente por su cercanía a los lugares que necesitaba visitar durante mi estadía en CABA. También destaco la limpieza del baño, que se mantuvo en buenas condiciones y se realizó diariamente. Y adicionalmente, tienen secadores de cabello con muy buena potencia, así que eso es un éxito!
Si vas por turismo, por ejemplo, y vas a usar el hotel solo para dormir y bañarte, lo recomiendo!

Cons:

El desayuno fue uno de los aspectos que menos me gustó. Durante los 7 días de estadía la propuesta fue la misma, sin variedad. El pan y las medialunas no se renovaban si habían pocos huespedes y, si se iba alrededor de las 9 de la mañana, en algunas ocasiones las medialunas estaban muy secas o frías. No habían leches vegetales. La variedad de frutas también era muy limitada (banana, manzana y mandarina) y no había alternativas como huevos u otras opciones que permitieran un desayuno más completo. Además, en una oportunidad el queso presentaba signos de deterioro, con una capa blanca similar a hongos.

Otro punto negativo fue el Wi-Fi. Informé en varias oportunidades dentro del mismo día y en persona a la recepción que la conexión no funcionaba correctamente. En mi habitación funcionaba durante unos minutos y luego se cortaba durante largos períodos, algo que se repitió durante TODA la estadía. Como necesitaba trabajar, esto fue un inconveniente importante y me generó atrasos en entregas: tuve que salir del hotel para poder trabajar y, en una ocasión, incluso quedarme en recepción para intentar conseguir una conexión más estable.
Si precisas estar en la ciudad y trabajar a la vez y/o tenes alguna dieta especial o sos de comer sano en el desayuno, no es un lugar que recomiende ya que no abarca esas condiciones!
