Auberge Shores Inn & Hotel

Staff was excellent, very clean, great continental breakfast. There should have been a more accurate desk of the geography that the property was on, extreme terrace landscaping with a lot of elevation change, not east for individuals with any mobility issues or significant luggage.

Lovely big comfy bed but rest of room was very dated and very dark.

We were hardly ever in our room, but out sight-seeing. But it was a point of refuge after a long day. Clean towels every night. Quiet. Close to Parlee Beach and many restaurants which was important as we had no car, relying on relatives in Moncton. Good choice for a home base. The room was small, so not somewhere to spend a lot of time, which suited us. Lovely sheets and pillows.

It’s a small property, rooms are very small. The rooms may have mold because we had some breathing issues. The location was walkable distance to the beach. Restaurants close by. Too many bright lights (tv and microwave) inside the room made it difficult to sleep, it would have been better to have the night light in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small, but clean and upgraded.
The queen beds were not very large, likely double beds and the mattress was too soft.
The cleaning staff were excellent and accommodating.
The price was expensive considering there were no amenities.
The coin laundry was out of service which was disappointing.

Great place near the greatest beach better than cape cod water much better

The arrival date on our reservation was changed by someone at the inn so when we arrived late in the evening, we found that there was no rooms available. We were then sent to a horrible motel that was a few minutes down the road - one that we were assured was on par with the Auberge Shores Inn - it was not! I had to call the Inn back to tell them that there was no way we could stay in the dump that they sent us to. To the Manager of the Auberge Shore's credit, he did not argue and booked us in a hotel that was acceptable to us.

Check in the next day was relatively smooth although having to check out of one place and check in to another room put a dent in our limited time in the area.

The room was small, beds were uncomfortable unless you like mattresses that you sink into, no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, and the a/c was very loud. We opened the windows to get a break from the loud A/C only to discover that the windows did not lock and we were in a ground floor room. This was a security concern and we had to ensure that there was nothing of value left in the room during our day trips.
For the price we paid, you would have expected at the very least, complimentary tea or coffee.

Reception was very rude apon check in and out. Won’t be staying there again. Beds were very uncomfortable

The person at the front desk was incredible. Convenient location and delicious food nearby! Beach close by. The room itself was beautiful and had great amenities with a kitchenette. In our room there was a foul smell and the a/c did not work so it was incredibly warm.

Nice location along the river with beautiful sunset views. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. I loved fire pit, as well as the lounge and swing chairs available to all guests.

No coffee makers in some rooms. Mattresses need replacing. Issues with tv.

Would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Staying for one night is fine, but I would not stay for an extended period.

I was charged for a damaged TV that myself or two daughters did not break. When I called about it the manager said it was damaged and not working. We watched it that morning and it was in good working condition.
